Beautiful home with a great layout for entertaining with friends. Very comfortable and clean, well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful weekend with friends.

Check-in was very easy with all of the details for the cabin given to us in advance of our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the necessary items were there. Plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans.The tables in the kitchen are a beautiful wood with plenty of space for even the largest gathering.

PITS 2025

We've stayed in the Pigeon Forge area since 1992 and this is hands down the best cabin ever for a large group. We've stayed here multiple times with friends from all over the country and everyone loves it.The owner is absolutely awesome and responds immediately if needed.

Great stay for families getting together

We had three families stay for Spring Break and it was the perfect size for everyone to spread out and play with all the activities. No one felt cramped and the bathroom for each room didn’t hurt either! We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation 2024

We had an amazing time. The accommodations were awesome. Perfect for grandparents and their adult kids families. We cooked and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you would need. Highly recommend this property for family gatherings. Only wish we had a day extra to enjoy. Stayed for four days.

Beautiful memories

We had a family reunion with our 12 children and their spouses and children and it accommodated us perfectly. The pool area was awesome and the location to local sites and attractions was within a short drive.

Family Vacation

The house was roomy enough for 16 adults and 2 children. We had some issues when we got there but the owner replied quickly and resolved the problems! We loved all the rockers on the porch and there was enough seating in the dining room/kitchen for us all to eat together.

FUN WITH FRIENDS

Great home! Very spacious for 12 adults. Loved all the seating and the big hot tub. Close to some delicious dining. Not too far from some fabulous hiking. Enough parking for our 5 vehicles. Thank you! You will see us again.

Awesome, well-kept "cabin"

We loved the large paved parking lot, as 7 of us were on motorcycles. Beautiful place with plenty of room and games for all. The only thing we needed, that was not there, was a pizza cutter (lol)! Fantastic lodge that we would definitely stay in again. Thanks Dayne for your regular communication and for being a great host!!

Beautiful cabin!

We stayed here for an extended weekend. The cabin was huge, every bedroom had its own bathroom. Games for the kids, pool table, hockey table, theater room... it had it all. Great location. Very clean. Owner was very easy to reach whenever needed, and very gracious. Would definitely recommend to larger groups looking for a big cabin!

Best Cabin Ever!

This cabin is absolutely the best we've stayed in for our group. We utilized every aspect of it from the games, kitchen, grills and theater rooms. it has, hands down, the best paring for the cabin size. Plenty of room for everyone! it's an awesome place for a large group of friends and/or family. The communication with the property manager was great from renting through checking out. ZERO complaints!

Family gathering

This is a large home that is set up to be comfortable. So nice to have private baths and tv’s in all the bedrooms and large gathering areas. The furniture and bedding was very comfy and kitchen was well-equipped. The property is close to the main drag to get to what you need or want in a few minutes. The drive isn’t as scary as driving up above Gatlinburg but you don’t have those views either, that’s a trade-off. Nice home!

Adventure Awaits Cabin

This cabin was exactly as advertised. We had a large group, and everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and dining area offered enough space to cook large meals and seat everyone comfortably. The floors were a little dirty, leaving black residue on feet/socks, most likely from the asphalt driveway, and the shower door in the master bath upstairs had issues staying closed. Overall though, everyone in our group had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone.

Perfect family getaway for a large group

Loved our stay at Adventure Awaits! The cabin was perfect for our family of 21, ages 1- 65. It was great having so many bedroom suites which were all of good size and very comfy. We loved the beautiful main living room where everyone could hang out (all the couches were really nice!) and the porch with all the rockers and great mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked and was bigger than expected and we had more than enough seating at the dining tables. Game room and theater were great too! With so much to do in the area, we only made it to the resort pool once, but that was really nice as well. The electronic message board was awesome and appreciated. We would without a doubt stay here again, it was everything we had hoped for!

Fun and games

This home fits our needs so well. There were 16 of us. The dining layout was perfect to seat all 16 of us at once. It was also great for massive card games. Most everyone played games - pool, pacman, and games in the downstairs. Bedrooms and showers were perfect for 8 guys (ages 12-21), 7 adults, and 1 girl - (age 10) who was delighted with the "kids" room. Kitchen had plenty of everything except we were unprepared for needing plastic bags for trash and dishwasher supplies. Owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Thanks so much!

Wow - what an amazing place to enjoy family time!

This place was beyond amazing. We have a perfect number of rather large rooms for every individual (but the babies) with a bathroom for each one! Our grandkids were so happy to have their own bathroom too! There were so many things to do as well. An unexpected plus was the large parking area away from traffic that allowed the kiddos to play on their scooters safely. Our grands are young though - from 1 to 8 years old... so the parking area was plenty big enough to still have fun. The home is on a hill, and the roads have no sidewalks, so I would not have allowed older grands to ride out on the road, just to be safe. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not open -so our plans to swim were shut down. The kids loved the wrap-around porch and ran laps around it as they played different games. The kitchen was incredible. We loved having enough space that we could all eat in the same area every day (we had 8 adults and 7 children. It was a well stocked kitchen. There was not an instant pot :) ha. But it was easily brought by a daughter. One thing that the owner has no control over, but was a struggle for us, was the quality of the drinking water. I am not sure how to describe it, but we bought a Brita, but it did nothing. We decided the water bottles were the best solution. It is easy enough to get them at a store. The video games, the pool table were fun for these kids. The theater room was nice - not too comfy but it was fun for the kids.
