Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt a bit catfished. The pictures were beautiful, the condo itself was a bit worn. The elevator was scary, we were stuck on it once for almost 5 minutes. I loved the location, but I would not recommend the condo, for the price, to a friend.

The kitchen was very large with a wonderful bar and island. It was also equipped with everything we needed. The four bedrooms were wonderful. I liked that it had a washer and dryer included in the penthouse. It was wonderful for our family gathering. It was very clean and well maintained. The lanai was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the view seven floors up of the public beach.The manager was always very polite and helpful whenever I called. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was spacious, clean, and had excellent amenities including a washer, dryer, good cookware, and Weber outdoor grills to use. Unit not up to standards

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit many times before with no problems. This time the unit was not up to par. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smell something like Red Tide. On checking, it was the dishwasher which had a lot of sand in the base and the filter. We had to clean it out and run the garbage disposal and the dishwasher. All the dishes and silverware had gritty sand on them that needed hand washed before we could even use them. The master bathroom had poop on the front of the base. There was a leak in the front bedroom in the middle of the night that came onto my granddaughters luggage. After calling the office, maintenance said it has been a problem but thought it was fixed. There were dead and alive bugs throughout the unit. We talked to the office about these issues and were assured we would be taken care of before we left. Haven’t heard a word from them. The unit was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.
