We have opened for 2025 5 Bedroom house with 5 baths. Extensively remodeled in 2014 is COMPLETE AND READY FOR YOU with new kitchen, walls, flooring, lighting, decks, HEATED POOL and sits on the beautiful canal system.. pull your boat right up to house. Walk to Siesta village or the Beach. Want to drive to beach and park at beach? Owner has a secure spot for you right on beach for you...We are looking for mature clients, single families to rent our private home. We are not looking for multiple families. This is our winter home and looking for just a couple of clients each year. If your group is larger than 6 or , give us a call to discuss. Please complete the VRBO form correctly listing total guests on or visiting property during your stay. Please note there are 2 long term tenants on north side of property, but they don't have access to yard, pool or house, just a small amount of shared parking. House, pool, access to canal is all yours!

The property was located in a great area and had plenty of room for all seven of us. We even got to see a manatee in the canal. Ron was very responsive anytime we needed to reach out.Having a spot to park to go out to the beach was also very convenient and appreciated!

We loved this place and the host was extremely helpful. The only thing I would have loved was a kayak or paddle boat to use on the canal but the property was perfection otherwise. It was a perfect last trip with my parents as they are done with traveling. The location of this house was also incredible because it was an easy walk to Siesta Key Village.

This is an incredible family home. Well equipped, beautiful furnishings, large rooms, comfortable bedding, etc. Great location with access to restaurants, bars, grocery, beach access. It was a pleasure to stay and would go back. Property manager was great to work with.

This property is spacious and was well equipped to suit all our family needs for the week. Access to a bathroom from the outside patio was a huge plus! Beautiful Siesta Key home

The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. It's so close to the beach and downtown Siesta Key, you can walk there.

Great family getaway

Our extended family of 8 spent a week here. Everyone had a great time The pool and walk to the village and beach made it perfect. It was extremely clean and well cared for. The owner was extremely available for any questions. I would definitely stay again

Nice Location

Our group of 8 were very happy with the house. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The house is in a great location. It's a very quick walk to the North village area.

After 16 years of running University Properties, I started moving assets to the NNN leasing market AND vacation rentals...specifically Siesta Key, FL. Its the best rental real estate you can do, as the clients are the best, and your providing a great product in a wonderful setting.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This property was boarded up when I found it into 2013. "Lost" off the books of a major bank in 2008, it was begging for restoration. I love rehab projects, and this home had great bones, but lots of neglect. As usual as most projects, it ran way over budget, but it was a lot of fun to bring it back to life. We are very pleased to offer it on a very selected basis when we are not occupying it.
