We have opened for 2025 5 Bedroom house with 5 baths. Extensively remodeled in 2014 is COMPLETE AND READY FOR YOU with new kitchen, walls, flooring, lighting, decks, HEATED POOL and sits on the beautiful canal system.. pull your boat right up to house. Walk to Siesta village or the Beach. Want to drive to beach and park at beach? Owner has a secure spot for you right on beach for you...We are looking for mature clients, single families to rent our private home. We are not looking for multiple families. This is our winter home and looking for just a couple of clients each year. If your group is larger than 6 or , give us a call to discuss. Please complete the VRBO form correctly listing total guests on or visiting property during your stay. Please note there are 2 long term tenants on north side of property, but they don't have access to yard, pool or house, just a small amount of shared parking. House, pool, access to canal is all yours!

Great family getaway

Six adults and one tiny comfortably fit - room for quiet time and plenty of space to gather…pool and hot tub were great - easy walk into village for bars and restaurants - a great week!

Family Vacation

Nice big house that accommodated me and my family. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Having the parking spot at the beach was very helpful.

Amazing property

Absolutely beautiful property. Everything you could possibly need for a great beach experience is provided. Close enough to everything that it only takes a short walk to be in the village. Definitely a recommended experience!

Nice Location

Our group of 8 were very happy with the house. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The house is in a great location. It's a very quick walk to the North village area.

Yearly Couples get-a-away!!

Ron’s house was beautiful. Everything we needed was there very clean great access to walking downtown to shops and restaurants. Loved the private parking for the beach access. Great communications with Ron during the stay. We would highly recommend his property. Thank you Ron

Great location, awesome house!

Our family had a great time here. The location is awesome - a close walk to the village, and the parking spot by the beach is incredibly helpful, though we often walked to the beach as well. The pool is awesome - great to take a dip during the hot days we experienced in June. The house is well maintained, with everything you'd need for your vacation. We'd highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!

Property was just like the photos. We were short 3 min walk to the village and 5 min drive to the beach. Had a great time. Very relaxing at the pool and hot tub. Would definitely go back.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing vacation and loved this property! This house was perfect for our family of 9 and a great location. Spacious, clean, great view/outdoor space, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and hot tub/pool was enjoyed by all. Quick and easy walk into the Village. Having a parking spot at the beach was a plus - very helpful for my in-laws. Very responsive and thoughtful owner. We highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Fantastic Property

This incredible home, situated only five minutes walking distance to Siesta Village, has everything you need. Fully-stocked kitchen, modern appliances, A+ comfortable beds with quality bedding, a stunning view of the canal, pool/hot tub, flat screen TVs throughout, sound system and more. My family and I loved staying here and hope to return. A++

Fantastic stay in paradise!

We stayed for a whole week and the house was everything we could ask for. The house was exactly as described, the pool was amazing and Ron made everything else easy for us. The house is a five to seven minute walk to Siesta Key Village and the beach. The pool was amazing and the kitchen had everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about out experience. We had 10 adults and one toddler and the space was great for the larger group, while also allowing for space for peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Siesta Key Paradise Home!

We had the best stay. Ron was welcoming and very attentive to all our needs. (which weren't many as the house has really all you need). The home was perfect. Waking up to the sunrise over the canal every morning was breathtaking. The pool was a perfect refreshing way to cool off after a long day at the beach. And the parking spot he has reserved for you at the beach is AWESOME! Loved having a private place to park right next to the entrance. Lugging all the things to the beach is my least favorite thing to do and this parking spot eases that pain! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Awesome Place!

I rented the place for my Family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. 7 adults and a baby. House was perfectly set up with 2 king’s, 2 queens, and a room with 2 twins. They had a pack and play which helped a lot. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Very private and peaceful on a canal. Location is a short walk to restaurants, bars and beaches. They also have a parking spot at another location that gave great access to the beach. Ron was very responsive to any requests. Highly recommend!

Great house, pool, location, and village!!!

Our family of six adults and one almost four year old granddaughter had a wonderful week in Siesta Key. The location of the house is ideal. Just outside of the village and yet a very easy walk to the village and beach. The pool area was a huge hit. We spent a great deal of time each day in the pool and hot tub. Both were heated very well. There were plenty of lounge chairs for the sunbathers. The canal was a great spot for some fishing. The house was well stocked and everything was top of the line. Lots of room for all of us. Our host was a great communicator and responded quickly if we had any questions. Sunsets each evening were spectacular and our morning beach walks were the best way to start our day. Love seeing the dolphins each morning and finding sand dollars. Siesta Key Village is one of our favorite spots in Florida. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property that was perfect for our family. The host was truly one of the best we have ever worked with and was able to answer any questions that we had. Perfect quiet home where you could relax after a day at the beach. The property is well maintained and welcoming. We also appreciated the great ideas for shops, grocers and restaurants. This property is spacious and was well equipped to suit all our family needs for the week. Access to a bathroom from the outside patio was a huge plus! Loved everything about staying here. Beautiful clean home with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool-took our SUP in the canal-fished from the backyard and relaxed in the comfort of the living area. Having the parking spot close to the beach was a lifesaver too. Location was great to walk to the restaurants and shops and the teens loved riding the provided bikes in town for açaí bowls and boba tea. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Siesta Key home

The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. It's so close to the beach and downtown Siesta Key, you can walk there.

I returned to my native town of Springfield Mo and built a 500 unit student housing portfolio. After 16 years of running University Properties, I started moving assets to the NNN leasing market AND vacation rentals...specifically Siesta Key, FL. Its the best rental real estate you can do, as the clients are the best, and your providing a great product in a wonderful setting.

This property was boarded up when I found it into 2013. "Lost" off the books of a major bank in 2008, it was begging for restoration. I love rehab projects, and this home had great bones, but lots of neglect. As usual as most projects, it ran way over budget, but it was a lot of fun to bring it back to life. We are very pleased to offer it on a very selected basis when we are not occupying it.
