Our second floor unit is ready for you to come and relax. Our condo is completely furnished and has a built in air conditioning. The condo has two great balconies, with awesome views of the Colombian Valley. All furnishings are comfortable and waiting to greet you.

The unit has two bedrooms, the master suite has a King size bed and the other bedrooms has a double size bed. There is a Hide a bed/ Couch the living room as well. The unit also has two bathrooms. All linens and bedding are included. As well as a fully equipped kitchen. Comes with coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster.

We also have a BBQ on the front deck along with a bistro set to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink in the evening.

Everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. INCLUDING INTERNET - WIFI

Children and families are welcome in our unit!

good value

Nice little condo, a little dated and could use some updating, but good value for the price especially if you are out and about exploring the area. Nice size and clean. Has all the basics that you need. The only real issue is that there was a sewage pumper truck parked outside and running every day from 8-4.

Great stay!

Two friends and I stayed here for a little mom-cation. It was a perfect getaway. The only thing we would suggest is getting a mattress topper for the master room as the bed in there was very hard and uncomfortable. But it was only for 3 nights, so we didn’t mind the lack of sleep and sore backs. Otherwise the whole process was easy and the property owners communicated with us when needed and we had no issues at all. Great vacation!

Spacious

We (3 over 80 yrs old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We invited our family members (who were staying at a very near by RV Resort) for a visit. There were a total of 12 people and we were not crowded. They were also impressed with the amount of space. We loved it. All appliances and cleaning supplies including a washer and dryer were there for our use. I would highly recommend this property. We could have used anti slip mats for tub and shower but everything else was great!!

Radium in August

Excellent condo in Radium!! It was spacious, quiet and well-equipped with everything! Appreciated the washer, dryer and air-conditioning. The king bed was a little hard but that is a personal preference. Definitely a 10/10 and would highly recommend! Thank-you Dalyce and Rob for making our summer vacation fantastic!

Pleasant Condo in Good Location

We spent three nights here while visiting family in Invermere. The condo is convenient to downtown Radium Hot Springs and about a 15 drive to Invermere. It had plenty of room for the three of us, and we were cooled by the air conditioner even when it was 100 Fahrenheit outdoors. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

Good and Bad

Property overall was good but some small items need attention 1:- light bulbs missing and burnt out in kitchen with no replacements 2:- sink in kitchen would not hold water so to do pans tap had to be continuously running 3:-soap dispenser at kitchen sink was broken needs to be replaced or capped 4:- drape to balcony door in master bedroom needs to be replaced to provide privacy to that room adjacent property has a clear view in as existing drape is virtually see thro

Loov's 2 bedroom

Well stocked with pots /pans/dishes. Quiet area, walking distance to radium. Felt right at home. There is some confusion with other tennants NOT wanting the outside entrance door locked, unsure if owners are aware.

Pretty nice, matched description.

Nice place that matched the description. There were a few inconsequential things(coat rack, build in sink soap dispenser) that were broken when we arrived so we let the owner know about those so that we did not get charged for any damage. It was well stocked with things like dishwasher soap and other consumables which was a plus. Part of the otherwise reasonable multistep checkout process was to strip the beds which seemed unnecessary since we were paying a non-trivial cleaning fee.

Nice accommodation

Excellent accommodation with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings that invite for various trips, for example in nature,. There were deer walking through the gardens, very funny. The host had a good solution for the Aircondition, we appreciate that.

Great spot in Radium.

This vacation rental was perfect for us. It was easy to find, and very clean. Communication with the owner was wonderful and they made sure that everything was as it should be before we checked in. Thank you! There is not a lot to do right in Radium. Really couldn't even find a path to walk on, but as the one family activity we were attending on the Saturday afternoon was happening in Radium it worked for us. Just a short drive down the highway is Invermere where there is way more activities for all ages.

We are a Canadian family in love with the Columbian Valley. We have only recently moved, but not to worry we have the BEST in concierge service that is right in RADIUM available 24 hours, and we of course are available 24 hours as well!

My wife and I traveled to the Columbia Valley in 2004 and realized how peaceful the valley was. We immediately started looking for a vacation property in the village of Radium Hot Springs. This is our second place (much larger and private than the first). We enjoy the local culture and many of the local activities. We encourage anyone to come and enjoy the experience and scenery.

We enjoy pristine mountain views out our living room window and off the main deck. The bighorn sheep visit our backyard regularly. There are a lot of activities, summer and winter, for the entire family to enjoy.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Located in the heart of the Columbia Valley there are +/- a dozen championship golf course within an hour or so of driving (April to October) and +/- 6 mountain ski resorts within the same radius. Other activities include hiking, hotsprings (Fairmount and Radium), fishing, water rafting, cross country skiing, mountain biking and other family activities to participate in.
