This property was perfect for me and my wife to get away to Grand Lake for some hiking and to see a show at the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre. The location was perfect! Literally steps from the theater, as well as, the shops and restaurants of Grand Lake. Even still, it was also a quiet refuge when we needed to rest. The property’s layout was perfect for the two of us. Our host provided excellent communication and we appreciate all the hospitality. We recommend!

The condo was very clean and cute and right downtown Unfortunately the walls are thin and we could hear noise from the next unitMy initial check in process was frustrating because the internet reception was so bad I couldn’t get connected to get the codes (lesson learned that I get all that information ahead of time)And the door lock was particular-no hitting it to wake it up, you just start with the code -then it worked perfectly

Sky House was cozy, clean, and convenient. Though the space is small it felt spacious and is very nicely laid out. The amenities provided were top notch. Its location is fabulous with main street just out the front door. We will always remembers our stay here with fond memories. Thank you!

Too many instructions about check in. Just simply where to find the door code would have been better than paragraphs of confusing instructions

The location of this rental is fantastic. Right in the heart of town but only a block away from the waterfront. We were able to carry our SUP and Kayak from the unit to the water easily. Parking right by the patio door made unloading and loading easy and convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked and the unit is well maintained. The bathroom and shower are amazing. The king bed in the bedroom is comfy and welcoming. We would be happy to rent this unit again.
