Great location, a quick walk to the beach. A 30-min drive to either Miami International Airport or a 20 min ride to Fort L.Airport. The condo is comfortable and spacious, has 5 beds (1 king, 4 twin beds , has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, and free wifi.
Resort fee $40 per day, valet $35 p/d guests pay direct @front desk.

Guest has access to the Private Elevator straight from front desk to the condo.

1- Resort fee $40 per day per apt- includes beach and pool access and 2 chairs 1 umbrella and towels,
Please note umbrella and beach chairs are located three properties north , due to overcrowding in front of building .
2- Only valet parking in building $37 per day per vehicle unlimited in and out.
- VALET PARKING AND RESORT FEE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Guests pay direct at check in time.
- There is a security deposit of $250 it will be a hold in guests credit card. It will be return 2 or 3 business days after checkout.
- Front desk will required a credit card at arrival time to start the check in process.
3- PARTIES, EVENTS AND/OR OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOW .

6-Guests will have access to the Private elevator direct to the Suite. If busy please use the other 4 elevators along the hallway in the Hotel wing.
7-Two Deck chairs are complimentary on the beach if you would like more feel free to take down additional beach chairs from the suite.
8-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Guests are required to pay a daily Resort Fee for amenity access.
9-CARD ONLY - NO CASH Resort Fee is $40 per day, no exceptions.
All guests are responsible for parking fees.
10-Shoes and shirt required indoors. Quiet hours between 11PM-7AM. Wristbands are required at ALL times.
11-POOL RULES: Towels must remain in the pool area. No running, no ball playing, no roller skating allowed in the pool deck. Proper bathing attire required in swimming pools / Jacuzzi. No toys are allowed in or around the edge of the pool. Only flotation devices allowed are arm floats.
12-No outside food or beverages are allowed. No glass is allowed around the pool deck. No personal audio devices.
13-No pets may be brought into the pool areas.
14-No lifeguard on duty. Pregnant women, people with health problems and people consuming alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use spa pools without consulting a doctor. Children under 12 years old are not allowed without parent supervision.
All those who do not comply will be removed from the property.
