Everything was perfect for our family vacation to PCB. We couldn't ask for anything better. Allan was very helpful and kept an open line of communication throughout the entire stay. Would love to rent from him again when we travel back to PCB.

This is a five star property. The condo was beautiful and the views amazing. It was the perfect property for a girls weekend. The condo was very clean and neat, the furnishings very comfortable and stocked with anything you could need for the beach. Alan is a very responsive host and the check in process was detailed, clear and timely. You can't beat three full bathrooms and an amazing view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. I highly recommend Alan and his wonderful condo.

Exceptional stay — felt like home, not a rentalThe condo was spotless from the moment we walked in — truly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed, like we were staying with a friend rather than renting from a landlord. Private parking was great to have, and the gym overlooking the beach was a nice amenity. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at a couple other places in Panama City and they were nice, but my whole family agrees this was the best place. The view is spectacular, the location was wonderful for our needs and the place was spotlessly clean and well kept. The host has thought of everything you might need during your stay. The elevators were fast and worked great. I know other places they are slow especially when checking in, but these weren't. Check in was very easy, no waiting in line, just go to your condo. Alan, the host sent easy instructions to follow and when I had a question, he was quick to respond and very helpful. We highly recommend 609W.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location was perfect and the unit was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Alan was also incredibly helpful and responsive!

We had a great stay at Calypso 2-609 and would absolutely come back. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip.One of the biggest highlights was the two private parking spaces — a huge convenience, especially in a busy area like this. It made coming and going completely stress-free.The location is hard to beat. It’s an easy walk to Pier Park, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment just minutes away. We rarely needed to drive once we arrived, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.Overall, this condo offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and location. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Panama City Beach area.

Wonderful Stay
This condo is wonderful. Very well kept and clean. Property owners have great communication throughout your entire stay. Reserved parking in garage under tower is a major plus.

Awesome rental
The owners thought of everything, well stocked, great communication, super clean, perfect location, no issues whatsoever and would go back in a heartbeat. Probably the nicest rental we have ever had and we've rented a ton.

Great place
This is our 2nd year in a row renting this unit and if we come back to PCB next summer we’ll book again. Alan has a great place in a great location. Interior is well furnished with everything you need and looks brand new.

This condo was amazing! Owner was responsive to questions and helpful with great suggestions for places to eat. Condo was spotless and had everything you could need for great time. Location was close to all going on and the beach was beautiful!

The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Alan was great to communicate with when I reached out before our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to PCB.
