The interior of the home was exactly what we expected, based on the property description and photos. Plenty of room, large kitchen, and a lot of space on the back porch and pool area. We wanted covered areas in the back to enjoy while the kids were in the pool and this property had it in abundance. The foliage around the backyard also helped provide a very private and relaxing space to unwind after we came back from our various activities. The location of the home was perfect for our needs as well with so many activities and restaurant options within a short drive.

This house was everything as described! It was throughly thought out to make the experience as best as possible. Open floor plan and spacious home with tons of seating area. The lanai with the seating, lanai, grill and lightening was such a nice touch. The garage came equipped with beach chairs and even a canopy. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Also extremely to the major grocery stores and malls. Would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying at this location. Check in and check out was detailed and easy. Amenities were as described and the property was clean. Enjoyed having a house with two king sized beds, heated pool, lanai and outdoor furniture. Quiet and private location, and relatively close to beaches and shopping. Trash service, lawn care and pool cleaning all occurred on Tuesday during our stay. Special thanks to the Property Manager, Timothy, who was extremely responsive, respectful, and helpful when needed. He truly cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Only recommendations would be to add a handrail adjacent to the pool stairs to assist with egress from the pool (if needed) and additional lounge chairs for the sunbathers.
