Newly built lakefront home. Fully furnished on treed property. At end of private road - very quiet!

There are 3 large bedrooms on the second floor and 1 large bedroom and Murphy bed on the lower level (walk out basement).

Close proximity to Letchworth State Park, Charcoal Corral, Silver Lake Drive-in, Hole in the Wall Restaurant.

The large open porch (lakeside) has comfortable seating at one end and a large table for outdoor dining.

There are 3 exterior security cameras.

Wonderful stay

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. My family and I had an awesome time this past week at this amazing lakefront cottage. The owners were more than helpful, answering any and all questions leading up to the trip and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Even with some unlucky weather we were still able to keep the kiddos entertained and get a good taste of the lake life!

Girls weekend

We are a group of 8 women. The house was fully equipped for us and beautiful. Responsive to questions before and during stay. Was clean! We loved the views as well.

Golf Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this property for a few days. The open space and ample bedrooms allowed for 8 adults to stay with ease. We traveled up to Oak Hill for some golf, so the 45-60 minute drive was no issue at all and allowed for us to get away from all activities when needed. Thanks!

Great Family Stay

The lakehouse is beautiful and fun for all. Lots to do inside and out. Enough beds for all and the kitchen is well-appointed. No AC and flies and bugs at sunset can be an issue - just make sure screen doors are closed tightly to let air circulate. Not a lot of services in Perry, so grab what you need on way in. It's a lovely town.

Stunning lakefront property

A stunning, spacious home in the beautiful setting of Wyoming County. My family (husband, children, and grandchildren - 12 in total) had plenty of space in this four bedroom, 4 bath home. So new and well maintained. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. A 5 star stay in everyway!

Getaway with friends!

4 couples in their early 50s had a weekend away! Letchworth, football, chili, and games! The house was beautiful, 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks in the kitchen was awesome! The only downfall is that there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. One couple used the bathroom upstairs with the tub but showered downstairs. 2 couples shared the other bathroom. bathroom.

Beautiful Lakefront Home

This property was perfect for our family's winter getaway this year! It was spacious, yet cozy to accommodate our large family (7 adults, 4 children). The kids had plenty of room to play and the adults could catch up (and watch the Bills game on Sunday)! The property is so close to Letchworth, that we made two visits during our stay. We really appreciated the kid friendly amenities including the kid size flatware, toys and puzzles and stools throughout the house. The property and view are beautiful; and the property manager communicated well. Our family enjoyed our long weekend trip, thank you!

Delightful retreat from 4 days of rain

Went to explore Letchworth State Park and encountered a string of rain-soaked days. Fortunately this home was so attractive, well-equipped and comfortable we still had an outstanding mini-vacation. Two friends rarely left the 2-sink, 2-dishwasher kitchen where they baked cookies and prepared most meals. Living room furniture was perfect for our group to watch movies. The views from nearly every window were stunning even against the endless gray skies. The layout of the house offered plenty of privacy and everyone slept well. Communications with owner couldn't have been better. We hope to return to explore the park another time and stay in this ideally located retreat again.

Beautiful home on Silver Lake

The house was amazing. View from front porch is stunning. Would highly recommend this location for a larger family or group. Barbara was quick to respond and very informative of everything we needed to know.

Big chill weekend

Great house in a great location. Four couples reliving and retelling our high school experiences from 54 years ago. Loved Letchworth State Park with hiking trails and exceptional views. Dinner at Glen Iris lodge and golf at Club if Siver Lake added to the week.

This property is a wonderful place to stay. Very few places on a lake give such a feeling of privacy and yet there are so many activities available. The hosts have great communication and maintain a superb home.

Great Lakehouse!

The place was absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing! There was plenty of room for my family and friends to gather and celebrate my daughters graduation from Geneseo. The kitchen was huge and had e everything we needed. The back porch is huge and has plenty of comfortable seating. We would definitely recommend this place!

Family gathering

Barbara the owner was very gracious and responded quickly to all my questions. The property and home is Beautiful. The kitchen is huge, open and well stocked. The kids had so much fun with all the toys and games. We thoroughly enjoyed the large porch. Would love to stay there again.

Amazing lake home

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. We had 3 different families renting with varying aged children. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. Dennis was there to greet us and give a tour of the home and grounds. The house is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked for kitchen and bathroom needs. Bedrooms are a great size, kitchen has more than enough room! You felt like you could just come in and get comfortable as they truly opened up their home for you to enjoy. The lake is beautiful and there is seating all around outdoors. Dennis was always quick to respond if we needed anything. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a house on Silver Lake. A 15 minute drive to Letchworth State Park is also a plus!

Care-free weekend.

The six of us gals who stayed for a long weekend have been friends for 50+ years. The lakeside house was perfect for us. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. All accommodations were great! Kitchen was well stocked.... plenty of pots and pans, serving bowls, trays, utensils, etc. The grounds were spectacular! The gardens attracted many birds and chipmunks! While sitting on the porch, we watched herons fly over the lake, robins building nests, many hummingbirds, and even orioles! The lake was beautiful to swim in, too! The few recreational vehicles on the water were not loud and busy. Nights are very quiet. The 20 minute hike to Charcoal Corral for ice cream was a hoot!. We plan to go back there next year and, maybe, play putt-putt or go to the drive-in movies there! We will definitely bring our fishing poles! All I kept thinking of when I was there was how ideal it would be for a multi-generation family to stay there. The grounds are wooded and would be fun for kids to explore! Easy, level entry to the house for anyone who has trouble with mobility. Barbara and Dennis were wonderful, friendly hosts! I highly recommend this lakeside home for any family or group of friends!

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The house is so open and spacious and it's in a great spot on the lake for swimming or just hanging out on the dock. We loved being able to relax on the deck, and the outdoor dining space as well. Barbara was a great host and we had no issues checking in or out. We highly recommend this location and will definitely consider returning in the future.
