The house was clean, and pet friendly. It was perfect for our family. My kids loved the game room. It was nice to relax in the hot tub. Communication from the host was fantastic. Checking in was so easy. Our next visit to Oregon we will be staying here again!

This property is beautiful and perfectly maintained and prepared for visits. We were very happy with this choice and when back in Eugene will rent here again.

Work trip Eugene

Host was amazing and responded quickly to any concerns. The house was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. I would stay again.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy & house was partially updated - some nice features, but some unfinished items. Layout was interesting..Old creaky floors, fire pit was nice but seating needs to be replaced- chairs had splinters & were weather worn wood and didn't seem sturdy enough to sit. Found a huge spider in master bed when removing sheets on check out day.

Great for family trips

We were in town for the Oregon Logging Conference, and really enjoyed this property. The backyard is really nice, we all liked watching family movies on the tv while we were in the hot tub, and playing the cornhole boards that were there. The game room was a favorite of our kids, and the layout of the house is nice, gives plenty of space for everyone.

Pros: comfy beds, nice furniture, shower in master very nice, kids enjoyed the game room, extra refrigerator in laundry roomCons: Very noisy, creaking wood floors, big wall of blackberry bushes in backyard, lots of flies, fruit flies and mosquitos, there is a pool but it is not usableHouse and yard could be very nice with more maintenance.

Very comfortable

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. I would have liked a kitchen better suited for people who cook and a coffee maker other than a Keurig. The rest of the home has more amenities than you really need.

It's got that Hayward Magic

This is a fantastic rental property for groups of all ages and stages. We came over for the Oregon High School State Track and Field Championships. My son was jazzed when we opened the door to the "bro cave" and declared it his zone! Super comfortable for hanging both inside and outside. Space for people to separate and be happy with whatever they want to do. Beds really comfy and the primary suite is really a treat! We found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a fine spaghetti feast for his carbo loaded dinners. It's very convenient to a good grocery store, a terrific off leash dog park and great access to Hayward Field and all the other stadiums, too! We couldn't be happier with the clear and kind communication from our host. We would absolutely recommend it as a great find in Track Town USA!
