Location location location

Great spot to hang out and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Pool areas were nice and the Sandbar was fun

place was clean except for the air vents needed cleaning and the tub needs to be repaired .

worst stay ever, worst views, worst place, and even worse property management, never experienced anything like this, save your money, it is not worth it, if you go rent through another property management and your stay may be better

We take guest safety, property rules, and community standards very seriously. Unfortunately, your stay involved a violation of community and rental policies, including underage drinking, which prompted action from the HOA and required intervention by the sheriff. As the property management company, we are obligated to cooperate fully with local authorities and the HOA to ensure a safe environment for all guests and residents. While we regret that your experience ended this way, we stand by our responsibility to uphold the terms of our rental agreement and local laws. We hope future guests will understand the importance of maintaining respectful and lawful conduct during their stay.
