Thank you for your review. We are so glad to hear you had an overall nice stay and appreciate you recognizing our responsive customer service. However, we sincerely apologize for the initial issue with the pool heat and the condition of the utensils and cleanliness. Thats certainly not the standard we strive for, and your comments have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to address. We truly hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience in the future.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are very glad to hear you found the home clean and beautiful, but we are truly sorry for the miscommunication regarding the pool. We understand how disappointing it must have been to expect a key amenity and find it unavailable, especially after receiving instructions on how to use it. Your frustration is completely valid, and we most certainly apologize for the lack of clarity and delay in follow-up. Your concerns will be shared with our team to help prevent this from happening in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!
