Our goal is to offer you an incredible lifestyle you’ll truly enjoy.

Casa Premiere is a charming one-bedroom, one-bath apartment designed for comfort and ease. Step outside to the oceanfront patio area where you can relax, soak in the Southern California beach vibe, and enjoy coastline views. We also provide an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Downtown Hermosa is just a short walk away, offering great restaurants, boutique shopping, live music, and endless activity. Whether you love surfing, strolling the shoreline, or cruising The Strand, Hermosa Oasis makes it easy to enjoy it all. And yes — we are pet-friendly, so your furry family members are welcome too.

We do not book far in advance (generally only within 10 days of an available date unless it is for summer). For example, we will not book December if September through November remains available — we keep winter and off-season dates open for longer stays. Please inquire about availability, and we will respond promptly.

Casa Premiere is located on the second level toward the rear of our oceanfront property. While the apartment itself does not have an ocean view, guests can enjoy the beautiful coastline views and oceanfront setting from the shared patio downstairs.
On-site parking suitable for a small car or parking pass at discretion of owner. Both free parking.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is NOT available for parties of ANY kind, including birthdays, graduations, and weddings... we are a strict NO party home.
