Mary was easily the most communicative host I’ve ever encountered! She made sure we had all the information we needed and was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question.The location is also amazing! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean—it literally lulled us to sleep—and waking up to enjoy coffee on the deck. Plus, we could easily walk to all the restaurants and shopping we could want.Thank you, Mary, for helping make our stay so wonderful!

Fantastic stay! Beautiful Strand adjacent apartment. Walking distance to the sand, restaurants, shops etc. Gorgeous views and great amenities. Mary was a terrific host.

Excellent walkable location close restaurants and shops and so close to the beach. Loved the ocean views and one minute stroll to the sand! Very clean and comfortable with plenty of necessities provided. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Our family loved our stay here while in Manhattan Beach and would love to return!

Beautiful beach front home with gorgeous views!!! Mary was sweet and helpful. The beds were so comfortable!! My daughter just graduated from LMU but luckily my son will be a freshman so we will definitely want to stay again !!!

Absolutely loved our stay @ Mary’s . The property, the view, exceeded our expectations Mary was the perfect host allowing us to leave our car parked as our flight was delayed. Greatly appreciated. As we now need a point of entry & exit to US from OZ this is the perfect place ! Hopefully see you soon when we next visit our son .

Beach vacation

Had a great time at this property, location and the home were excellent. Parking was a little tight but that’s to be expected right off the beach. Working with Mary was great as well. Overall a great place to stay!

Mary was a joy to deal with and so welcoming. She made our visit feel like home. The unit was well appointed, in a great location, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would recommend Mary and this unit to everyone.

What a wonderful stay we had. The views from every window were breath-taking and the home is spacious and beautifully appointed. One of our favorite spots to read was the on the settee in the living room facing the ocean. We loved the location which is so close to the MB center. We happily left our car in the garage on several occasions and walked to town for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our hosts were lovely and communicative. They answered our questions before arriving and checked in to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect after we arrived. We can't wait to return!

Amazing spot!

The location is incredible, Mary is amazing to communicate with, and the ocean views from this home are absolutely spectacular! Not to mention the main room bed/sheets are a dream! I would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Oasis

We had a wonderful time in Manhattan Beach. The view from this place is hard to beat. The stylish decor and comfortable furnishings made for a luxurious retreat.Mary went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The best location

Mary’s home was fantastic, communication was excellent, and the location is incredible. We’ve stayed on the Strand in other parts of Manhattan Beach, but we prefer this location. 2 houses off the sand, and in the best part of MB. Amazing

Great stay/amazing place

Even nicer than the photos. Views, furniture, carpet, bedding etc. Could be the most comfortable bed ever. We will be back! Thank you Mary for everything and also for your great communication!
