Subject: Complaint regarding unsatisfactory stay at my reservationDear Sir/Madam,I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent reservation in New York, as the experience was extremely negative and did not reflect what was expected or paid for.1.On the same day of check-in, I was contacted via WhatsApp and informed that we could not stay at the property originally booked. We were offered an alternative accommodation which, given the urgency of the situation, we felt forced to accept.2.Upon arrival at the new property, we encountered unacceptable conditions:•The place was very dirty and contained other people’s clothes.•We were told we had to split into two separate rooms, which was not what we had originally booked.•No towels, clean sheets, or basic amenities were provided.•We were not given keys, and after waiting for more than an hour outside the building, nobody opened the door.3.Overall, this was the worst lodging experience I have ever had. We paid nearly 700 for this booking, yet only 475 has been refunded, with Vrbo keeping the remaining amount. Given the circumstances, I strongly believe I am entitled to a full refund.I kindly ask you to review my case urgently and proceed with the reimbursement of the full amount paid.I look forward to your response.Sincerely
