It was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. Spacious, stocked with all the basics, and clean. The backyard was so nice - we were able to dry our shoes in the sun after getting caught in a downpour! But the best part of the stay was the host. They were quick to respond, helpful, and kind. And we had nice neighbors.

The place was nice. Not in the area of Crown Heights that I am used to and a little further from my daughter than is ideal but the accommodations were very comfortable.

Great apartment! It was clean and comfortable and a good size for three people. We loved how close we were to the subway, and about a 40 min ride into manhattan. The backyard was especially nice to have.

We really liked the roominess of the apt. The little backyard, the nice kitchen space, the nice bathroom/shower (needs a new/better-attached toilet seat, but no big), comfy beds, coffee machine, etc. The neighborhood was cool, and easy to find groceries, cooked food for take-away, booze, etc. Subway, 1 block! Street parking! Quiet at night! We were happy w/ this choice and are glad to thank the hosts.

Everything was as described. Close to small markets, food, pharmacy . Subway was about a 10 minute walk from apartment so convenient for getting around the city. Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here on next visit to NY.

The space was good for what we needed. The address given on the VRBO site was incorrect. The host did let me know the correct address when I booked it, so not a problem. The front door keypad was very difficult to see during the day so it “locked out” a couple times and the host had to let us in remotely. The bathroom was ok but could use maintenance and a deep cleaning. The host was very accommodating to early check in and late check out. We very much appreciated this.

Would stay again

Very nice unit with 3 bedrooms and spacious kitchen/living room combination area. DL was very clear and quick with her communication. A very comfortable apartment for my wife and I while visiting our daughter and son in the Crown Heights area.

Great, but not in the neighborhood VRBO said it was. I'm not sure why this happened– but I just wanted to point that out. I had no problem with the location, but just be aware of this. I liked the location and it was on the same block as buses and only a block away from the subway. Just don't want anyone to be surprised by this.

Great experience!

This was a great place to stay- very clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We even got a little bowl of candy on the table! The host was amazing to work with, and helped meet all of our needs. She was easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions. The check in process was very detailed and easy. She sent us the codes to get in, as well as a video to explain it even further. I would stay here again if I came to the area!

The property was clean and as expected and the host was kind and proactive in communicating. The location of the property is in a neighborhood that felt unsafe for a family traveling with kids. It was fine during the day, but if we returned by subway after nine, we were walking back with our head on a swivel. The walk to the subway was only a few blocks, but it is not in a location where tourists going to explore.

Very accessible to subway, host was excellent at communicating

The host was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. The property was as listed, nice backyard/patio area. Couldn't have been easier to access the subway. I know it was cleaned because I got there while the cleaning company was there but it didn't feel hotel level clean. Everything else was great.

Absolutely filthy. You don't mind standing in a shower pan full of water do you? They finally sent someone out the night before to snake the drain. The whole experience is something I never want to experience again.This property is shot out.

Unfortunately this guests was a very rude and really not nice guests and DID NOT WANT HELP! We offered and couple of times to come help him and declined the offer. We went above and beyond for him he even forgot he was meant to check out and messed us over with the cleaners and we were very nice about it. We even checked after he left about the shower there is no drain issue.

lovely and spacious apartment in a very convenient and fun neighborhood, minutes away from subway and buses. Owner was readily accessible and reached out several times during our stay to check in and see whether we needed anything - above and beyond the call of duty. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed such as extra towels, plenty of paper goods, spices, Keuring coffee cups, and more. Thank you to the owner, I highly recommend this property with no reservations.

Amazing host who was super attentive and incredibly quick to reply to any questions we had. Property is close to transport links and has a fully equipped kitchen which made our stay very comfortable :)

This is a ground level apartment that includes one large room, a bathroom, and an actual back patio you'll have all to yourselves. The host was very helpful and accommodating, and she communicated clearly via text. It's a 3 minute walk to catch the 3 and 4 trains, and a 20 minute walk to catch the C train. The neighborhood was lively with several fast-food restaurants and markets nearby, though I wouldn't let my 16-year-old daughter walk by herself at night. We had no issues with noise, and we slept well in the two comfortable beds.

El departamento es precioso super cómodo. Está re bien equipado. Eramos 4 adultas y fue genial. El barrio es lindo, cerca del subte. Y lo mejor fue la anfitriona. DL nos ayudó en todo y muy cordial y amorosa. Pasamos unos días preciosos.
