The base rate is for 4-person occupancy. Additional guests will be charged $75 per person per night.

Please note the garden is private to the garden floor through. Arrangements to use the garden can be made via text during your stay

We live in the garden apartment and will be available during your stay for any concerns. If traveling with small children, romping and playing must be contained to the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

For single-night stays a $100 convenience fee will be added to the stay
