Such a beautiful and cozy retreat for our family. The kids loved the games provided and the backyard area was a treat. Easy walking to all things; subway, park, great coffee, fun bars and restaurants. Sean was super great at communicating and was very quick to respond to questions. We loved this spot and we will definitely be back when we visit family again.

Thank you. A family of 7 is exactly the kind of group we had in mind when we set the house up, so it’s good to hear the space actually worked. Beds, bathrooms, and a little room to spread out make a big difference on a family trip. Will be here whenever Brooklyn is on the calendar again. -- The Maple House PLG

My husband and adult kiddos with their partners enjoy our stay. Lots of room to spread out but seating for dinner and games. Convenient to subway. Outdoor space looked great but we weren’t able to use it due to rain. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This is the group the layout was built for. Room to disappear for a bit, then enough seats to actually eat together and play a game without someone perched on an armrest. Sorry the rain kept you out of the yard. It looks better with people in it. Really glad the stay worked, and we’d love a return visit the next time you’re in the area. -- The Maple House PLG

The house felt full of love and that's exactly where we wanted to be attending wedding events followed by a wedding at the botanical garden. Highly recommended.

That is exactly the kind of stay we hope the house is for. Wedding weekends are a lot of moving pieces, so it means a lot that it felt full of love instead of just full of luggage. The botanical garden is a beautiful reason to be in the neighborhood. Honored you spent those days here. The Maple House PLG

Honestly, I don't know how to write a review that does this stay justice! Sean went above and beyond! His communication was fantastic from start to finish, and he made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The place itself was immaculate and genuinely beautiful, tucked into such a great neighborhood too.If you're traveling to Brooklyn with a bigger family or little ones in tow, I can't recommend this place enough. Everything was spotless, and it just made the whole trip feel easy. We'd stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Sean!

I have stayed in many Vrbo‘s with my family. This is my far the most loving and detailed I have ever been in. The host has taken great care for the comfort of his guests. Each room has been carefully designed to provide the guest with everything they need. From toiletries to chargers what you need is there. The backyard is meticulously designed and even includes a plant whose purpose is to protect you from mosquitoes. Many homes provide you with the basics this home goes above and beyond. Sean even includes little pictures designed by his daughter to add a personal touch. I highly recommend Maple House.

This one made my day. Most places cover the basics. We try to think about the stuff you only notice once you’re unpacked: chargers where you need them, toiletries that aren’t an afterthought, and a backyard that doesn’t hand the evening over to the mosquitoes. My daughter’s pictures are her contribution, and she will be very pleased you noticed. Grateful you felt the care. -- The Maple House PLG

We stayed in the Maple House for 3 days during our vacation in New York , and as it was our first stay place alongside our other trips throughout the states , it exceeded all our expectations and was one of the best stay vacation spot . Sean , the host of the house was in touch with us all the time , offering help with anything we needed and furthermore he was really friendly and kind . The house is in the perfect location, close to Prospect Park and 3-4 blocks away from subway station, all necessary stores were close by . The perfect stay place for those who loves comfort , and wants to feel at home whenever they go .

Sean was wonderful to communicate with. Responded to communications quickly. Reserving was easy. Sean was a wonderful host. He was at the property when we came, helped bring in our baggage which was so appreciated since I had mobility issues, and we were 3 seniors. He answered any questions, showed us around, and made sure we were comfortable and settled. Top notch host! The house was lovely and we admired and enjoyed it.
