Very communicative host. The wifi signal wasn’t very good throughout the house but that’s on me for not reaching out to the host to troubleshoot. Grill/patio area is really nice, wish there was better lighting for hanging out in that space at night. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep, this was great!

The place was beautiful and looked like what was advertised. A lot of shops and bodegas are in walking distance and they stay open pretty late for late night shopping or snacking . I only have a few complaints: The downstairs area( the bedrooms to the right) smelled wet and was smuggy. We were unable to close those bedroom doors because of it. There were no wash clothes. The adults use loofahs, but the babies can't use them yet, so be sure to bring your own. Lastly if u have bottles or sippy cups, don't leave them out. The sippy cup that was filled with juice was COVERED in ants along with the table it sat on. Again the place was lovely and my family was comfortable staying there. None of the issues listed above would keep me from staying again.

There is not a lot of option for that many people in New York so we were pleased to be able to find a beautiful house like that. There were some shortcomings in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Certain areas of the house had odor issues. The kitchen and living room were very nice spaces for hosting our group, and the suite was incredible! The only thing missing was enough glasses and drinkware

Nice, spacious property that was perfect for hosting a large group (6). Literally couldn't find anything else close to a fit for that size in the area, but it didn't matter since this worked perfectly!Host was super accommodating to all needs and very responsive. A pleasure to work with.Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Very sparse furniture in living room without rug. Well stocked kitchen. Dirty sheet found when stripping master br. Plenty of towels.Dripping suspicious of rats found on lower living space. Couple of windows had poor seals allowing air leaks.Nice bathrooms with wonderful tubs.

Everything here was great. However they could use a few updated pans for making eggs and such, the pans were beat up and who knows what kind of toxic gunk is coming from them.. the coffee maker and toaster could also use an upgrade (its only a fere 100 to have brand new ones). Except for that the place was really great and there were plenty of everything else in great condition.. dishes, towels, etc.. and even with the funky pans and such we would stay here again but with those simple upgrades it would have made the place flawless..

Like- new kitchen and bathroom renovations; Dislike-lacked cleaniness-linen, beds, pillows, rooms were dirty- downstairs bathrooms did not drain properly; Overall disappointed. Property has potential if they would give it some care and love. Painting the walls and ceilings at the very least.

The listing lists an address in a nice area but after you book the address provided in the welcome instructions are for different area. We found out when our Uber was 20 minutes away and he verbally said he would compensate us for the price difference for the Uber and never did. Half of the bottom floor smelled like something died a month ago. Two rooms were unusable because the smell induced vomiting within seconds. Sheets were yellow and had numerous stains on them including paw prints and what looked like blood. He refused to provide new linens even after one of us developed a rash on both arms after touching the sheets. Part of oven door was broken and microwave portion was unusable so he had a microwave on the counter. Air fryer also did not work. Floors were sticky and disgusting. Our shoes and socks were black after less than an hour walking around the home. Dead roaches and flies were all over the house. He claimed a cleaning crew spent a whole day cleaning the house then said two days but house was disgusting. We could not stay in it and he refused to give us a refund. Would rate 0/10 if I could. We ended up leaving after being in the home for less than 12 hours.
