Centrally located just minutes from the airport, downtown/hospitals, and right across the street from Pioneer Park with its tennis courts, playground, and disc golf course.
In addition enjoy the private yard and patio.

Experience the conveniences of the city while feeling at home in this comfortable space.

We(hosts) live in the upper unit with two kids. You might hear us during the day, but the designated quiet time will be respected.

Clean and humble property. Didn't wow but was decent, had charm and was clean. Host was exceptional. Very helpful and responsive!! Mattress on bed next to the bathroom needs replaced Impressions left from lors of use leavso ferl likecde.

Location was easy to find. Directions in email for check in was no problem. Our host was friendly and available for at all times. I had a very comfortable stay and would request this location when in the area again.

My only complaint was that the sandbox with kid toys, although a big hit with my toddler, had so much cat poop in it. Also, you can hear almost everything from the people upstairs, which felt hotel like. Otherwise, cute clean property in a convenient location.

We came up for our son to register for college and enjoyed our stay. The home was easy to get to, close to downtown and close to our son's college. We would stay here again

Very clean, minimalistic unit. Excellent bedding, layout and comfort. Basement unit does have footfall noise from upstairs. Light sleepers may have trouble but other than that the property is centrally located and easy to access.

Great location for visiting Billings. Really appreciated the cleanliness and accommodations. Driveway parking was a plus, didn’t have to street park.

I love living by the park, and Pioneer Park is the best one in town (at least in my opinion:). It is located across the road half block up the street.

I like to walk, and this location allows walking to few nearby coffee shops, hospitals (18 min) and downtown (24 min).

I though it was lucky that we could buy house in this area, and I love t still.
