Two Queen-Bed Studio. Please specify correct amount of guests, including yourself. Only registered/paying guests are allowed in the Studio. For bookings of two (2) we prepare one of the Queen beds unless guest requests otherwise.
NO cleaning fee, so please pick up after yourself.
Fast access to 410 & IH 10 to the airport, Medical Center, Fiesta Texas, La Cantera & the Alamo / Downtown!
Please NOTE: Smoking is allowed on the patio area but NOT indoors.
We don't charge a cleaning fee to make it as affordable as possible to our guests, and we'd like to keep it that way. For that, we ask for your help:
We kindly ask that everything be left the way it was found. There is disposable kitchenware to choose from. Please place trash in BROWN trash bin by parking area when you check out, found by side fence.Things offered are complimentary and to use while visiting, please do NOT take lotions, soaps etc.
There are hooks for towels to dry next to the closet. Please don't leave in the shower area.
NOTE: There is another floor above this studio that is attached to our main house. Please expect a normal noise level from above. Also, please note that this Studio does not offer enough space inside for small children to run around. If you're staying more than one day and plan to stay in and relax, the indoor space is not ideal for toddlers!

Thank you for the stay! Very quaint and very comfortable. The hose was extremely quick at communication. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

The room was very clean. We loved the shower, it has great pressure! The air conditioning could have been a little cooler. But, it is Texas and was 105 that day. Overall, a very nice place to shower and sleep before we headed on down the road.

We enjoyed our stay at this studio apt. It was located close to all the events we had planned. The host was very attentive and helpful. The room had everything we needed and it was very comfortable.

Would stay again!

Safe and convenient place to stay. Very comfortable option and was close to Lackland and downtown. If I come to San Antonio again I would stay here

This was the perfect place for me to work and relax. It’s quiet and in a nice neighborhood with a 7-11 in walking distance. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, I slept so well. Best thing was the shower and water pressure. I would definitely stay here again!

Good safe location. Close to HEB. Amazing shower, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, big screen TV and cool seats to watch movies. Be aware that this is a garage converted into a studio. It was clean, cute coffee bar, and nice towels etc. Check in was smooth. Would stay again

This was a great place to stay. Really comfortable bed. The mini fridge and microwave worked well for the food I brought with me.

Great bed, cozy room, kind and responsive host all made for a lovely stay. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and close to thoroughfares but also far enough away to feel secluded and safe.

Nice quiet place in San Antonio

I really enjoyed the night at this property. The room was really cozy and nice, and the location was great - close to San Antonio, yet in a really quiet neighborhood.

Raquenel communicated immediately on everything. The studio apartment was perfect... so cute, cozy and amazing space to use as a home base. Beds were super comfortable! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

This double-garage custom conversion lends itself to privacy and having a private entrance is just the perfect model for us to offer to our guests.
We pride ourselves in preparing a beautiful environment, paying close attention to hygiene. Our mattresses and pillows have zippered protectors. Clean Sheets, towels, shower and toilet are a must. The Studio gets cleaned and sanitized with EVERY guest!
