The Carriage House at Crisler Manor is a studio apartment complete with king size bed, kitchenette and bath with walk in shower. Enjoy the spa hot tub and grand porch as well. Conveniently located 2 miles from downtown, 1.5 miles to The Pearl and 8 minutes to the airport, you are in the Heart of Monte Vista, a National Historic neighborhood, fabulous for evening walks to nearby restaurants.

Gem in the city

Shirley is a gracious host, the property is beautiful, the carriage house is comfortable and well kept, and the overall experience felt like a warm hug. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Antonio.

Peaceful well appointed carriage house

Classic charm in a slightly older than 100 year old carriage house. The room was beautifully done and you couldn't ask for kinder home owners. In a quite upscale neighborhood but a short drive or even walking distance to downtown San Antonio, we had a great time here and would certainly rent from them again. P.S. the hot tub at night with the stars above was a very nice bonus.

Cozy and relaxing stay

We loved staying in this beautiful neighborhood. Quiet street. Nice places to eat and walk. The owner is very responsive! The apartment had everything we needed!

Quaint Accommodation

Reserved for a guest attending a workshop at Trinity University. Nice location, a bit farther than I would like, unable to walk to campus. Very slow/delayed communication with property manager.

Lovely place

Great location. Close to everything you want to do in San Antonio. The room was very neat and had everything we needed for the weekend. Shirley and David were awesome and very kind.

Great stay at a beautiful property

We booked the Heavenly Hot tub as a small midweek getaway and it did not disappoint! Property manager is professional and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Couldnt have asked for better.

Historic in-town experience

Great location close to downtown and walking distance from Trinity University. Wonderful historic neighborhood full of amazing old houses. Everything about the unit was as advertised and very nice, with a very responsive host.

Beautiful little studio!

Comfortable, lovely studio apartment. Perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for the weekend. Close enough to downtown for enjoying the Riverwalk. Good communication with the hosts!

Anniversary Stat

Cute, tiny carriage house with a hot tub. Has stairs and curtain for bathroom door, but otherwise well worth it. It's close to favorites like the Alamo, Tower of America, zoo, Alamo Quarry.

Room was nice except for having to climb a steep sraircase to the top of a garage. I am almost 70 so i dont want stairs. Should have made me aware.

Perfect!

This was my getaway spot with my two kids, and it was the perfect place to come home to after each day of fun. We had exactly the room we needed for the 3 of us, and the kids loved getting to spend an evening in the hot tub. The kitchen was great for making our breakfast each morning before hitting the road. Shirley and her husband were very helpful. I definitely recommend this property.

Getaway

Had a quick get away to San Antonio. This property was located in a nice neighborhood close to the city. Enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub. Space was all we needed.

Great stay for quick trip

The carriage house was just what we need for our visit. The bed was comfortable, internet worked great and easy parking. Shirley recommended some local restaurants and we had a chance to check out La Fonda. This is a local gem! We even headed back for dessert in another night. So great to have a restaurant so close and so delicious nearby. This place was the perfect location for us, close to downtown and also the highways. We were able to get back and forth to downtown and hip on the 281 to head out of town to visit family. Great place to stay for a quick visit if you’re looking to check out the local sights in San Antonio and a comfortable room to go back to. Thanks for a great stay Shirley and David! I’ll from my iPhone

This is a clean, comfortable place in a beautiful neighborhood. It was well stocked and the owner gave clear instructions for check in, etc. I highly recommend it.
