THE LOCATION: The Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of seating around a large table with highchair available if needed. The living room and loft have TVs for when you’re craving relaxing downtime out of the sun. Bring your own username/passwords for your Netflix/Hulu/ect services and watch them just like you were at home! Some free shows and videos can be viewed without any subscriptions. The patio on the lake side is the perfect outdoor hangout with a table and chairs and gas grill. The home offers plenty of seating facing the lake for gorgeous views or to keep an eye on the kids. Outside, enjoy the shade of the mature trees while lounging or making meals on the gas grill. Take advantage of the lawn to play yard games. The sandy beach is kid oriented on this quiet lake. Beach towels available. Right off of the sandy beach is a dock for your use and to tie up a boat if needed (Big Pine Lake has a public access ½ mile down the road). Private dock has great fishing. This lake is also connected to the Pine River, so you can boat up and down it to visit the “Rock Dam” and eagles nests. At night, enjoy s’mores or your beverage of choice around the outdoor fire pit.

THE LOCATION: World-class golf, boating, fishing, and winter sports await! With Minnesota offering all 4 seasons, the activities are endless! Enjoy boating, golfing, fishing, ATV trails, biking, cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling (very close to property) hunting and more! Golf options are nearby including: Deacon’s Lodge (12 mins), Golden Eagle Golf Club (16 mins), White Fish Golf Club (14 mins), Crosswoods Golf Course (5mins). Downtown Cross Lake is a 5-minute drive down the road with fun local shops, mini golf, massages, nail salons, restaurants, grocery + liquor store and more! Explore the events!

POLICIES –Absolutly No smoking, No pets allowed. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book- Additional fees and taxes may apply. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

NOTE: If you are looking for a party house, DO NOT BOOK. All local noise ordinances are strictly enforced and could result in removal/fines for violations. Property is ideal for family vacations. No more than 10 adults in a reservation. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval from the host.

NOTE: Absolutely NO Fish Frying or Fish Cleaning in the the House- an additional fee will be enforced at $500.

NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

NOTE: There is no wood provided for the fire pit so it is recommended that guests bring their own.

NOTE: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

NOTE: Please note the home is next to the woods and the lake, nature is beautiful and all around! Wildlife and insects are a part of life in the area and cannot be avoided totally. We do have pest control applications provided, but please prepare for your Northwoods experience and bring bug spray in the summer months
