This is a high quality property which provided our family of 12 (3 generations) with a very comfortable and enjoyable week on a beautiful lake. We have rented many cabins over the years and this has been one of our best experiences. We do hope to find another week next year to return!

Wonderful home. More than accommodating for a family of 6. The boat being right on the property really made the stay for us. Great fishing and swiming for the family to stay active, then a wonderful fire pit and media options for winding down in the evening. Definitely recommend the stay here.

Our group of 11 adults and three kids had the best time here! Matt and Renae were so easy to work with and the property was exactly what our crew needed!

This is a wonderful place for a family getaway with the dog. Kitchen has just about anything you could possibly need and the place is clean and very comfortable.

We had such a great time! The rustic modern design of the cabin was really nice and it had a great layout for our family of 10. We loved having the pontoon included and the little sand beach area and long tarred driveway were perfect for the 2, 4 and 6 year old grandchildren to ride their bikes and scooters safely. Catching sunfish right off the dock was also a highlight! We loved our stay!

Matt and Renae were 110% wonderful hosts!! Communication before and during the stay was second to none. The home was absolutely dreamy. The beds ands linens were super nice and comfy. The outside fire pit and view of the lake were spectacular. Having the beautiful pontoon boat was an added bonus. I certainly hope to be back and I easily give Matt and Renae my highest recommendation.

Our third stay at Matt and Renae’s cozy cabin was as wonderful as ever! The property is beautifully designed and well maintained, and they’ve thought of everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Would give it six stars if I could!

The Sunset Haus was perfect for our family of 8 adults & 6 grandchildren ages 1-6. Check-in was seamless; Renae responded quickly to any questions or needs. The older grandkids loved the bunkbeds; the pontoon rides were great; beach time with sand toys we brought & wading in the shallow water was perfect for the kids; fishing from the dock was also a hit. When the wind got too much on the lakeside, we enjoyed yard game & scooters/bikes we brought on the driveway side of the cabin. The firepit area is a great place to gather for an evening fire. Thank you Matt & Renae! It’s a beautiful cabin. We will definitely be back!
