Great location, great stay

This was a very clean, well stocked place in a great location for all of the food, drink, and culture of East Nashville. We walked over to downtown a couple of times - very doable, but a quick ride if timing or weather is an issue. This was basically ideal for a fun long weekend with friends.

Prepared Thanksgiving dinner in kitchen. Open floor plan was ideal for family gathering. Mattresses on beds were very comfortable. Will definitely consider coming back again next time.

Long weekend for a football game

Went to Nashville with some buddies for a football game. Wanted to be somewhere not so touristy and this place and neighborhood were perfect. The house had lots of room to spread out but good space for socializing too. Very clean also

Spacious home in a trendy neighborhood

This property is new, tastefully decorated, and had enough room for everyone. It is three stories with high ceilings which translates into spaciousness and lots of stairs, something to consider if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfy and the kitchen well-equipped. The neighborhood is trendy with plenty of restaurants and bars and can be noisy at times.

Thank you, Margarita! I’m glad to hear the space, decor, and amenities worked well for your group. You’re right — the high ceilings and layout really add to the sense of space, but the stairs can definitely be something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns. Appreciate you mentioning both the comfort and the vibrant neighborhood vibe!
