This beautiful home is located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group! To top it off, this home has an amazing game room to make your trip even more enjoyable. Guests also have access to shared amenities including a pool, sauna, firepit, and grill.



The Space:

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily!



- Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Multiple bedrooms with fresh linens and bathrooms stocked with starter supplies.

- Living Areas: Open-concept living room with smart TV, stylish furnishings, and plenty of natural light.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and essentials for group meals.

- Game Room: Entertainment space with games and activities for all ages.

- Outdoor Amenities: Hot tub, firepit with seating, and private outdoor space.

- Shared amenities including a pool, sauna, firepit, and grill.

- POOL is SEASONAL from April 1 - October 15

- Parking: 2 reserved spaces per unit, plus additional first-come, first-served spots in the complex.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
