Perfectly secluded, didn’t leave at all for the full day we were there. The pool, kitchen, porches, and pool house were all fantastic for rest and relaxation.

Super private and off the beaten path. The pool is awesome! The house was perfect and just what we needed for a secluded get away with the family. Thanks again!

Exactly like the photos and video but better! If you’re looking for a place to relax and find calm outside of the city this is the place. The family did not want to leave. We spent our time swimming, BBQ, star gazing, and making s’mores. Loved every second of it. The home is cozy and spacious and has everything you need. We’ll be back again :)

We had a great time for Spring Break! The place was very clean, quiet and cozy and the pool was an awesome bonus! The host was great, right next door if we needed anything but in a rural-ranch-far-enough-away sort of feeling. The hill country in these parts is gorgeous, the wild deer, turkeys and songbirds galore just added to that rural feel, and although the weather conditions gave us only one night of clear skies, we still got a magnificent view of the stars and a couple of planets to boot. Bertram and Burnet are just a short drive away and that was helpful when we forgot a couple of things for our trip. Burnet has the cutest little HEB we’ve ever seen! The caliche road to get to the house was a little rough in spots but as long as you’re not in a Honda civic or a ford escort, you should be good. All in all it was a great place to stay, with just the right character we were looking for, to get away from the city. 5 stars!
