Disaster stay

We arrived to find no linen or beds made up for 3 of us and unfortunately had to do this ourselves. We attempted to make a coffee but there were no spoons or cups. We found a vape in the bathroom,  sweet wrappers on the shelves. Unfortunately we were unable to sleep owing to noise from the heating and air conditioning and uncomfortablesofa beds. The host informed us ' it's new york what did you expect' and was unresponsive to our concerns. Disappointingly unlike other holiday rental platforms, Vrbo have also Not supported us. Considering the cost, far from a ' luxurious apartment '  we were faced with an unclean space lacking bedding and equipment and were not listened to or supported.  Dismal customer service

Two midweek NYC nights

Nice location and safe neighborhood. The unit was a cool space and lovely high ceilings. Front desk concierge was helpful and nice.

Christmas in New York

We had a great time showing off America’s most exciting city to our German exchange student. Seeing the city sparkling in his eyes was truly a gift. We loved the NewYork feel of the space and were within walking distance of several of his bucket list items: Rockefeller Center with the tree and ice skating, Time Square and Central Park…shopping in Bryant Square…! Perfect!

Charming and Chilly

Our stay was totally perfect, aside from the fact that we had trouble regulating the heat, and then had no heat or hot water on our last evening. The staff was kind, understanding, and helpful, bringing extra blankets, but it was definitely chilly in this charming apartment. Good thing I was with my happy-go-lucky sisters!

great stay

Location and space were great, as described. Easy check-in/check-out and communication with host was timely. We'd definitely stay here again. But bring your own coffee cups if coffee at home is in your plans, the paper cups given to us were very small and not for hot liquids.

Very nice place, perfect location!

The apartment is really well located, clean, chic and surprisingly large! We needed help as the code wasn't working on arrival and a very friendly girl came over instantly! The building had a water problem on the first day (not the host's fault), we received bottles at no charge. Great service, thanks!

Fantastic location. Spacious clean room. Very accommodating - I requested for a baby crib which they said they didn’t have initially but when I got there, it was there. Always kept an eye on the guests and would check in to see if everything was ok. I asked for late checkout on the day and they gave it to us without additional charge. The downsides were… 1. There is a stairs at the entrance. I arrived when there were no staff at the reception and I had a big suitcase, 2 traveling bags and a stroller which I had to carry all by myself with a baby. Also Everytime I go out with a stroller it wasn’t easy. 2. One elevator was out of service the entire time that had access to the basement which had the kitchen with microwave and laundry so I had to go down the steep stairs while holding a baby. I wish the room had a microwave…

Great place in a great spot

The rental was spotless and provided all the comforts I needed for my stay. Its location is ideal, within walking distance to numerous attractions, shopping spots, restaurants, and bars. And the owner was courteous and promptly addressed any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Lors de mon séjour, le host Emre était très très gentil et répondait rapidement aux messages. Veillant à ce que tout se passe bien du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Le loft est magnifique!! Je recommande à tout ceux qui ont une grande famille. C'est très proche de toutes les destinations typiques de New York à pied ainsi que des garages pour se stationner. Très beau logement!! Toute la famille a hâte d'y retourner!! Je recommande vraiment.
