The location was good 10 min walk from Times Square, 26 min walk from central park, and there were a lots of close by metro station. The bed was a little broken what made it really difficult to sleep on, the bed sheets were made out of polyester that is a super uncomfortable material to sleep on. And the nibers

It was a cozy place and good for two adults and our daughter. Our host was so lovely, loved having two breakfast shops around the corner, and a good neighborhood. The place was clean, check out was super easy, ac worked like a champ, and the space was quiet. The city noise didn’t bother us one bit.

Its a central city apartment that is small but a good location for walking to Times Square and Theatres. We found it very noisy and not overly clean. It served its purpose as accommodation goes.

Authentic NYC apartment. Location 10/10. Within walking distance of landmarks, convention center, countless restaurants, transportation hubs, etc. The apartment itself is very cozy, but had everything we needed tucked into all the spaces. It was neatly kept, bed was comfortable, storage for all our things, large TV with apps, kitchen with all necessary supplies. Bathroom is very tight, small sink, no countertop space, and shower temps inconsistent and finicky. Could use some drywall work in places. But again, it served our needs. The city noise is real, as is neighbor-noise, but got quiet around 11pm and we slept great. Ear plugs were provided, but we didn't need them. The apartment complex felt safe and secure, with two locking doors at the entrance, and of course, the apartment itself double locked. Keys were provided. The BEST thing was how responsive and kind the hosts were. They followed up, made sure we had what we expected. We had one issue with the key and they came immediately after contacted. All in all, we would stay here again because of the location, apartment amenities, price and top-notch hosts.

Close to the station, 2 blocks away from Time Sq. All in all 10/10. There were 4 of us so we were given a queen sized air mattress. Space is a lil bit tight for 4 of us but we make do with what we have.

Overall the apt. was fine. Great location! But the couch was not a pull out double as listed. The bathroom was really tiny but we made it work. Stairs were tricky. The noise from upstairs tenants was frequent especially during the night. But it was basically ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious Manhattan apartment. The location was fantastic— just steps away from Broadway and walking distance from countless restaurants, shops, and activities, which made it very convenient. The host and cohost ensured check in process was smooth and hassle free, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment had plenty of space to unwind and relax, which is a rare find in the city. One thing to note is there are four flights of stairs to access the apartment. This didn’t bother us at all, but may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this Vrbo!
