The location for this property was outstanding. Central to everything we wanted to do and see. Very clean, easy in and out. Only suggestion would be to update the hideaway bed so three people could sleep comfortably independently of one another.

This was a beautiful 2 bedroom place. The location was great. I think saying it sleeps 6 is a bit of a stretch, unless you put 3 people in the king bedroom.

Excellent location. Very spacious. Safe. Comfortable beds. Air conditioned. This apartment is bare minimum in regard to supplies and towels but it was perfect for a family of 3. Thank you!

Midtown Manhattan two bedroom with bathroom.... convenient and easy to access.Good communication from the host.Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There is no kitchenette but there is a fridge and microwave.Would stay again if in the city.Recommended

Mostly a functional place to stay at a reasonable price in the middle of where we planned to explore the city. Elevators were sketchy, hallways smelled horrible, bathroom was barely a bathroom and the property was listed as 6 person and it really only could have supported 5 max as the 3rd bed was a small futon couch. Stayed 4 nights in the middle of summer in NY heat with one towel for each with no additional towels provided. For the price we paid and the lack of comfort and functionality I recommend just spending a little more on a hotel in the same area.

Great location for what we wanted to do!Air conditioner worked well for sleeping during warmer than expected temps this week. Host was responsive.Jane Doe Restaurant next door was a lively place with great happy hour and food!

The Apartment could not have been in a better location in the city. It was easy to find - directions were clear, and we found the apartment to be clean and quite nice.

Check in was easy. The room for luggage was also nice as we had an early flight into JFK. The space was clean albeit couches and mattresses were definitely well used. When we arrived the apartment was only set up for a max of 5 people (and that was pushing it because the couch should definitely not be slept on. You’ll have a bar in your back all night!) We communicated from the beginning that we would be traveling with 4 adults and 2 twelve year olds. The listing says the apartment sleeps up to six so we didn’t think anything of it. They WERE NOT READY for our size of group. There were only enough beds for 5 and no extra sheets for the sleeper sofa. There also were only towels for 4. I immediately communicated with the host, requesting sheets and towels and inquiring about the bed situation. We didn’t hear back until the last day. (We had a 3 night booking). They did end up bringing a roll away bed and extra towels for the last night. We were so grateful, but I feel like these things should have been ready for our group from the beginning.The location was amazing though. I’d definitely never stay here again, but the area is perfect for sight seeing all over New York!

Location is the best part of this rental. Just 2 blocks to Times Square. Loved: The old world charm of apartments. Didn’t Love:No sense of hospitality, not having a kitchen shouldn’t stop you from providing elevated coffee bar experience.

The beds were comfy. The sink would not drain so we had to use the bath faucet instead. Four towels were provided, another couple would have been nice. The location was wonderful and highlight of our stay. We will be back, thank you NYC!

The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and the beds are so very comfortable. The host is great with communication. We had the most wonderful time in New York City. We would stay at the apartment again if we should ever have the chance to visit again. I highly recommend this residence.

there no washer/dryer inside this rental. no stove, no glass dishes for coffee etc. no utensils. The sofa is basically fully worn. but beds were ok,The window ac in living room the doing cool air.one bedroom door knob fell off.window blinds bearly working and dirty.

It was a great location, we felt safe and secure there, excellent that it was right near everything: bagels, right around the corner, and right down the street from the theater. Check in was easy. Con’s: needs a new living room couch.

This was a beautiful place to stay in a perfect spot in the city. The charm of the historic building was very nice. The views from the apartment were great as well. It is so close to many of the NYC favorites. We will definitely be back!
