Great property

The house was perfect for a group of adults staying together that want to have some privacy but truly set up for multiple families to stay and have a blast. Great location on the lagoon and very easy process.

We loved our stay - I don’t think there was anything that could have made it better. The gorgeous house was sparkling clean, the pool was heated and ready to go, and there were cookies waiting for us in the kitchen. There were so many thoughtful details to this home too - 4 paddleboards and a bunch of scooters and pool floats in the garage, baby equipment such as a high chair, plenty of pool towels to use, etc. The home’s location right on the lagoon is ideal and it’s so fun having a private pool. The owners/managers had great communication and always replied within minutes. The check in and check out process was super straightforward and easy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing house with PERFECT spot on the Lagoon

This property was so much fun! Every room was wonderful and even the bunkrooms were perfect! The main floor was amazing and Jake was super responsive!

Such a great location right on the lagoon. We had a family reunion with 20 people and we had plenty of space. The response time was within minutes when we had any questions.

We loved our stay at Deja Blue at Desert Color! The location is ideal for a family who wants to be right on the beach. We had an extended family of 19 and had plenty of room to spread out. The 3 floors are well designed and comfortable. We especially loved that everyone could fit around the 2 big dining tables. We enjoyed using the 4 paddleboards and huge round raft in the garage in the lagoon and the scooters were an unexpected bonus. The backyard pool and hot tub were also a hit with our young grandchildren. We were thrilled by the simple check-out procedures and it was nice not to have to spend a couple hours cleaning (like many of the VRBO's we have stayed at). Communication was a bit difficult with the management team during our stay, especially on the weekend. We weren't really sure who to contact. But we managed to get the help we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Amazing Property ...but

Our family of 33 young and old had an amazing time! The location is amazing, the layout of the property is amazing, and the amenities are amazing. We had space enough to mingle and space enough to have some personal time. BUT, we had several maintenance issues. Jake has been great to communicate with me for solutions. Trusting that the issues will be addressed, we hope to rent this property again in the future.

The property accommodated our large family very nicely. The private pool plus access to the lagoon, volleyball and pickleball gave everyone something to do. All family members really enjoyed our time there. Two things that would have made it even better was all outside trashcans were full when we arrived on Friday afternoon and trash pick-up wasn't until Tuesday. Second, they deducted large amounts for the bath towels they felt were stained beyond repair (some was fair but most I felt I could have easily removed the stains by washing the towels properly).
