We enjoyed everything about our stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary!! The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, well-decorated, and well-stocked with games and fun things to do. The pool and spa were a huge hit with the kids, and the multiple bedrooms each with their own bathroom were a huge hit with the adults (all the kids slept in the bunk room!). Would definitely stay again!

I don’t often leave reviews but this was a really great house! Very spacious and perfect for a large crowd. All the rooms are nice, and none are significantly better than the next which reduces the risk of fights when selecting which room each person/couple/family will get. One thing that stood out is how well stocked the kitchen is! I was here with a friend group and we wanted to cook most meals. Everything you could need was there- even things like spices, coffee filters (drip pot and kuerig to pick from) blender, griddle, even a food scale! We were very impressed and had a great time. We visited Bryce, Zion, and the nearby state parks. If we visit southern Utah again, we will book this house! Also- Austin was very quick to respond and generous when we had a flight delay- he was very understanding and even allowed us to stay a couple more hours at no charge.

I haven’t used Vrbo much before so I didn’t expect much when I booked this property. But the pictures don’t do this home justice. It is such a great home and fit out crowd so well. It was a great home with a HUGE pool. Loved it

Yearly Sand Hallow trip

This house was perfect for our group. House was clean and very comfy functional floor plan. Would definitely stay here again. Less then a 3 mile drive to Sand Hallow which made it convenient to just leave truck and trailer at the house and drive the SXS

Beautiful Calm in Hurricane

This property was beautiful, clean, and so peaceful! The pool was large as well as the hot tub and the fire pit was awesome! My kids loved staying here, so much that our only activity was a play at Tuchan, and they were not bored at all. There was plenty of space for all of us, and this was the best equipped places we’ve stayed. Everything from kitchen items, to plenty of super soft plush towels, this place had it all! We loved it, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Perfect Stay!

This property was perfect. It had a fabulous stocked kitchen with everything we could ever need. The beds were comfortable. The bunk-room was perfect for our children. We LOVED having our own pool, hot tub and fire pit, as well as a fenced in backyard for our kids with lots of outdoor games to play. We would have liked to stay longer. It was clean, beautiful and just perfect for us.

Great soccer tournament weekend

This was our second time staying here with several other families, all of us with kids playing in a soccer tournament over the weekend. This place is great! The kids loved the pool and hot tub, the common areas are spacious and comfortable, and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The bunk room was a great place for the kids to sleep and hang out between games. All in all very clean, beautiful property and surroundings. We’ll be back for sure.

This rental was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was set up perfectly to accommodate our large group. The kids loved the bunk room and arcade games. We all loved the pool and hot tub and outside area. The living rooms had spacious couches so everyone could fit to watch movies. The kitchen had everything we could possibly think of and the whole house was so clean. We loved out stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat!
