We loved our stay at The Dugout! The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and conveniently located, We loved how close it was to the Lagoon and pickleball courts in Desert Color. The pool was a hit with our grandchildren, The ice maker in the refrigerator stopped working and was promptly addressed. Overall we would give it a 10 ouy of 10.

This was the best house for our family trip! We had such a great time at the lagoon. The walk to the lagoon was only minutes. The amenities were great. There was enough room to all hang out together but there was enough space to hang out in small groups if we wanted. The fireworks were super close. I’d recommend this house to anyone with a big group and kids of any age. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Great Location

Practically new, I think I was the first to use the grill. A short walk to the community pool and lagoon. Pickleball courts are also close. The property had a very functional design for larger groups, and it was well furnished.

The house was stocked well, the house was clean and it was spacious. There were just a couple of items that were a little disappointing. They had 2 paddle boards advertised. There was only 1. With 25 people that was hard. The furniture in the main area was extremely cheap. When you would sit on the sectional the pieces would move and cushions would fall off. I know it’s first world problems, but I feel if we spent so much they should have furniture that fits the price. Another piece of furniture in the main sitting area was these cute blue rocker swivel chairs. One lady in our group sat down and the back was broken so she flew backwards and hit her head on the wall. It needs to be replaced. Like I said these are first world problems, but they were annoying when you are trying to enjoy a vacation.

Early Summer Family Getaway.

We had 11 adults, and eight of our grandchildren, all under the age of 10 the small pool and hot tub, right outside the kitchen were awesome for the kids to swim and play while we prepared meals. There were multiple large gathering areas to spend time with family. Everything was very clean, and there were more than enough rooms for all of us. The kids really loved the lagoon area, as did the adults. We also played pickle ball twice. We made a recommendation for stocking more paper towels, and shampoo/conditioner. We also made a recommendation to improve the Wi-Fi connection. Everything else was fantastic, five stars.
