Room was okay for the two of us. Balcony was nice to watch the ocean and dolphins. We had a good time and would rent again if we are ever back in VA Beach.

The condo is located at the very end of the boardwalk, on the 2nd floor and a balcony looking right at the beach & ocean. The title is correct - dolphins from your balcony! Everything that is described is correct, pictures are very accurate! Nice pool to float in after the beach. Would stay here again!

A very comfortable, clean and cozy place to enjoy your visit to Virginia Beach, with all of the needed amenities. Located right on the beach at the end of the boardwalk, we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sun come up over the ocean as we enjoyed our coffee. Then it was just steps to set up on the beach for the day. All in all, the condo helped make for a fabulous trip. Thank you to host Steven C for his communications in advance of our arriving; it was a wonderful experience.

Little condo was so cozy and cute! Right at the end of the board walk and ocean view from the balcony. It was so beautiful especially for the first time seeing the ocean! Host was so quick to respond. Great location shopping wasn't far. The best part was seeing Dolphins from the balcony! I highly recommend!

Great spot right on the beach. Watched dolphins from our balcony. Our unit was partially blocked by a large bush but other than that it was amazing! Steps from the boardwalk. Great little gem!

We loved the condo! It is beautiful and very clean. The view is amazing, we got to see dolphins right from the balcony . Parking was very close to the condo. I can't wait to go back again. Having the beach just steps away was awesome. I highly recommend this condo,it has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

The condo was exactly as described and had a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee. The condo is the perfect size for a couple looking for a beach getaway. Although close to the boardwalk, it was a very quiet location. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street and we ate dinner at the restaurant right next-door, Eat American and really enjoyed our meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this location! Just feet from the boardwalk and the beach. Steve was quick to reply to all my questions and concerns. I love that this condo had a full kitchen since I prepared almost all meals in the room. Can't get the same value at the neighboring hotels. Will definitely return!

Perfect location

Steven's place was perfect for the two of us. He was a gracious host and very responsive. We loved the the easy access to the beach and boardwalk.

The host was very responsive and provided great tips for restaurants and entertainment. The rental was perfect for a couple. We were very happy with the space. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen supplies available for use. You really can just sit on the balcony and see dolphins especially in the morning, no binoculars needed! Two chairs and a table are on the balcony making morning coffee a delight. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared well maintained. A few short steps and you are on the beach. Located at the end of the boardwalk we found this area of the beach to be less congested than some other areas. Plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. Some fantastic restaurants with available valet parking. 10/10 would recommend and would return.

Most convenient location

This is a small condo, very well situated directly in the beach. If you are going for peace and quiet, but access to the boardwalk, this is your perfect spot.

Best stay you will have in Virginia Beach.

My wife and I loved this Vrbo. Steven was an excellent host very quick with messaging. This was absolutely the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at as well. All the amenities you need there for you. Absolutely gorgeous view out on the patio as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Virginia Beach. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit!!
