The property had a pungent smell of cigarette and marijuana as soon as we opened the door in spite of the place being advertised as Non-smoking. One of the rooms had an air-freshener running, so this was obviously a familiar issue to the owner which was confirmed in later correspondence. We decided to cancel our 21day stay, and the owner “graciously” offer to refund two days !!!!Terrible and utterly frustrating experience.

Stayed for Wild Hockey Game

Very clean, and cozy stay. The uber service was very fast to the Xcel. The stay was excellent and we would recommend!

Visiting Grandma

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay very much!! The only downside was, I would only count the actual bed as sleep spaces. The pull out couch did not work well. The location was perfect! Super peaceful! Very comfortable bed and very nice shower! We would definitely stay again!

Clean, cute apartment by lots of great food and activities!

This VRBO was a great choice for my two friends, husband and myself. It was on the first floor, so very easy to carry our luggage in. The check-in process, communication with the owner, and the checkout process was so smooth. We were able to be in walking distance of a few places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The neighborhood we were in was very quiet, and easy to navigate. I would 100% rent this VRBO again.

This unit is a lower level in an 8 unit building. the other tenants are long term tenants. The unit smells like smoke...and be sure to bring ear plugs as you will hear the tv and conversations of the people upstairs..and ummm at 1:30 am other noises..and then the tv the next morning at 6:30 am. you will hear this even with earplugs! the other tenants had weed parties outside which necessitated my windows being closed. in rather nice weather. For a 5 night rental, the owner provided me 3 bleach stained bath towels, no wash rags, one hand towel no kitchen dishrags or towels or paper towels. I asked for more towels and she declined..said I had enough. I did find 2 car wash rags under the kitchen sink. I asked for a wine opener and she said "if you HAVE to drink wine go down the street to the liquor store and get a twist off cap". my experience here was miserable. my white socks are now black from the dirty floor. it was noisy, smelly and worn out. the wood furniture is worn out, the tub surface is worn off. The sheets are thin and cheap. Owner is non responsive..save your money and go elsewhere. I would be happy to provide pictures. the VRBO pictures do not show the smell of course, nor the condition. I talked to VRBO directly and they were no help at all.
