Welcome to Tales by the Sea, a peaceful beach home. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present an experience of upscale casual elegance. This home has been given new life and is ready to welcome you to a relaxing beach vacation.
Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you'll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen awaits with features including stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and Nutribullet smoothie maker.
The living space displays the works of local artisans to complement contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style. Colors are serene and neutral and comfort is the standard. Windows flood the space with natural light. A modern arched cabinet is stocked with bar ware to mix a cocktail and relax on plush seating in the cool AC, after a fun filled day at the beach.
With three bedrooms and two full baths, there's space to comfortably accommodate 8 people. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and 50 inch smart TV. The second bedroom offers a king bed, 50 inch smart TV and two large closets. The third bedroom is a fabulous retreat for kids featuring a triple bunk bed (full over twin over queen) and a twin over twin bunk bed. Memory foam mattresses are featured on all of the beds.
The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular with a large lanai featuring a heated swimming pool, lounge and dining areas. There is a fresh water shower in the lanai to rinse off after using the pool and a hose on the side of the house to rinse off sand when returning from the beach. The sunny backyard also features a propane grill, a boho swing chair and a grass lawn perfect for family yard games.

Location, Location, Location! This house is tucked away in a quiet corner of Indialantic by the Sea. Inside, it's beautifully updated. We always wanted a place near the water and this was our opportunity to invest in a seaside property to share with guests and our family.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
This property is an inheritance investment and dedicated to Linda's mother - Ginger. She was an amazing Mother and loving Nana and would tell anyone who would listen all about her 8 grandchildren. Family was everything to her. She loved the sunshine, water and outdoors. Our favorite memories are family vacations spent all together in a shared space. Some of the details throughout the house and yard are in her remembrance.
