This VRBO was excellent! Everything was clean and there was a lot of space for a lot of people. The picklebarn was the highlight. I'd recommend this to any large group.

Wonderful multigenerational family getaway!

Our return to the farmhouse for the second year was just as fun-filled as the first! We love that there are two kitchens on site, which makes it easier for allergies and intolerances to be managed. And the kids talk year-round about the play barn, sweet animals, and awesome pool.

The grandkids loved the pool, the large yard, firepit and the chickens/ducks for very entertaining. The barn play space was also great for them to play with all the toys and activities. Kitchen space was great and accomodated all 17 of us. And the pool, & hot tub were awesome as well Was a wonderful space to have a family getaway!!! All had a wonderful time!!

The house is exactly as listed. My daughter graduated from RIT, seventeen of us traveled from all over New York to be there and celebrate. We arrived to fresh flowers from the property on the kitchen island, and a spotlessly clean interior. Beds are comfortable and bedding was thoughtfully chosen. The kitchen and butler's pantry are well appointed, whatever we needed was there. The owner responded to all messages immediately and checked in to make sure all was well. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Whitney was a wonderful host— friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything so simple for us. The property is absolutely spotless and has everything you could possibly want for a fun, comfortable weekend with family or friends. The rooms are big and cozy, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could think of, which made cooking together a breeze. The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were at a Spa. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Honestly, if you’re looking for the perfect spot to bring your family or a group of friends, this place has it all. I highly recommend staying here!

Fun Family Week

The farmhouse was the perfect spot for our extended family’s annual vacation! The kitchen was large enough to accommodate all 13 of us and with the pool house we had plenty of sleeping options for everyone. The kids loved playing in the barn, the trampoline, pool, and seeing the chickens on the property. Whitney was great at communicating during our stay and even provided many suggestions on local things to do which helped keep everyone busy. We really hope we can come back again!! I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic family getaway!

The Absolute Best !!!

We can not say enough good about the farmhouse!!! It has everything and more!! This is our second year renting with 6 couples and several children and we will be back for YEARS to come! The barn is full of sports and indoor activities making this ideal for rainy days or children of different ages to all find something to do. The kids absolutely loved the trampoline and talking to the goats! Whitney and her family are so accommodating; prompt with replies, information and generosity. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything needed to cook full meals. Would rent any of their properties in a heartbeat and plan to continue to do so in the future!! take the trip or staycation here with confidence - you will be blown away!

The Farmhouse was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration. We have a large family with many living out of town, so the eight bedrooms worked great to accommodate them. Having two fully stocked kitchens made meal preparation easy, especially for our Thanksgiving feast. The bonus/game room, barn and chickens were a hit with everyone, and we especially enjoyed the farm fresh eggs. Whitney was great at communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed. Our family was thankful that we were able to find such a wonderful property to enjoy together. I highly recommend this property, especially for large families.

Our stay at the farmhouse was outstanding. Whitney and Brian were so accommodating and wonderful to work with from beginning to end. So glad we were able to meet them. From ages 13 to 66, everyone thanked me for finding such a beautiful property to enjoy. Kids learned to swim while there. Thank you so very much for entrusting us to live in your home. God Bless! Much love, thanks and admiration from the Dappen and Desmond family!

Fantastic Extended Family Experience!

We had a fantastic comfortable stay for RIT graduation weekend with extended family members ranging from 3 years to 90 years old! There’s abundant comfortable seating in multiple areas to accommodate visiting and the grounds, sports barn, and pool provided every opportunity for activity for those who needed it. Pantry and kitchen were well-stocked with appliances and cookware for meal preparation for our large group of 15. Out in the country, but no need to leave if you plan ahead and bring groceries groceries in. Beds all comfortable!

Big Family vaca at the cozy & room farmhouse

Our family of 18 (including three new babies) spent a week at the beautiful Farmhouse. With eight bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three sets of washers & dryers .. it was a dream for a big family like ours!! Having several separate sitting areas, a game room plus two large chefs kitchens made it functional, roomy and even quiet for those that needed space to chill, cook or relax. The barn and playroom were a hit for the kids! We loved it so much! It’s so hard to find space that works for a group as large as ours. Really special for us (the parents) was the separate and private guest house. We needed it after long days. I would highly recommend this for large families !

Brother’s 70th birthday celebration

This property was awesome! We were in town for a 70th birthday celebration and needed a gathering place before and after…..and sleeping room for our 3 kids and their spouses and their kids! The heated pool was a hit keeping the kids busy while adults “caught up”. The barn was so much fun to explore and was our backup in case of rain. Then every night the ones still standing would gather around the fire pit and make S’mores. The old farmhouse was new in all the right places but still had so much old charm. Everyone simply loved everything about this property and we were sad to leave! We would absolutely consider renting here again. It is a gem!
The “kids” loved the barn!
This was the best way to end a day.
