We loved staying here. The house was super clean and comfortable. Plus the host thought of fun ways to make it a special trip filled with everything you need. So many fun things to do near by. Lots of easy food choices in walking distance too!

Overall, excellent experience the host was very easily communicated with and accommodating. The grandkids. loved the experience and great location. Scenic view great food across the street at Don’s. Excellent burger can never go wrong with the ice cream cool amusement park within walking distance and a very nice little zoo just minutes away from our stay, would definitely do this again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Just stayed a week here in early May 2026. It was quiet, rainy and peaceful. Hosts were great communicators and the house had everything we needed. We'd stay here again! Sunsets are great also...

Great house with a great location. Nice open layout with plenty of space. Beautiful deck overlooking the beach and a nice area under the deck to relax out of the sun. Great location for amazing sunrises and sunsets. Host was great and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful weekend getaway. The property is well maintained, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The view is incredible, the beach is uncluttered and quiet. A very special place. Without question we would stay here again. Highly recommended

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy beach house by Lake Ontario and made beautiful memories with our family. The house was very clean, and all the amenities were well-maintained — honestly cleaner and more comfortable than most five-star hotel rooms in the area. The location was convenient with easy access to everything we needed. Our favorite parts were sitting outside every evening and enjoying breakfast on the deck each morning with the gorgeous lake view. It was peaceful, relaxing, and truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Great private beach area. Loved the back deck. Nicely appointed. Good parking. Close to so many things including Don's restaurant and the water/amusement parks.

Beautifully restored lakefront home with all the charm and coziness of an old lakeside cottage. We wish we had more time there, but enjoyed the diner across the street, walks to the lighthouse and resting in the chairs on the sand. The view from the master bedroom can't be beat so even on a poor weather day, it was still very enjoyable.

Perfect Beach Stay

Beautiful property located right on the beach! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the beach and swimming in lake. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Tim was extremely easy to communicate with and quickly replied to all questions. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Quick Trip, Comfortable Stay

Our family was pleased with comfortable inside accommodations. The beach was great and was perfect for our family. There were lots of food options nearby that turned out to be very good. We appreciate the time and efforts that go into setting up a rental place that was quite welcoming.

Beautiful property on Lake Ontario. Nicely renovated house, super clean and comfortable. Wonderful location, cute pubs and restaurants. Lovely beach. Highly recommended it. Host was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

This is by far the very best, most comfortable beach house I’ve ever stayed in. I enjoyed a special weekend with my teenaged grandchild and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful house, spectacular views, friendly neighbors and very welcoming host. It was amazing!!! I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful property

We stayed here to enhance our graduation experience. It was a beautiful retreat after the hustle & bustle of many ceremonies & sight seeing activities. Superb location, warm beach decor & amenities. Can’t imagine how fun to be here during true summer weather. Owner is very responsive & they give you personal vibe.

Perfect Beach Location

This house was amazing. The interior decor and set up were beautiful and comfortable. The outside deck and seating areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular location of this house. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets were just a joy to behold. The hosts did everything to make the home feel comfortable, and make the whole stay one of the most relaxing get aways we have had!

Writing Retreat

Loved this beautiful space right on the water. It was quiet, cozy and had everything I needed. I am super picky about beds and the quality of the sheets. Both were to my satisfaction. I would stay here again.

Wow!

We had an incredible time on our trip to the beach house! The home was spotless, well maintained, and in a beautiful location right on the beach. The hosts were accommodating and responsive, and even left a personalized welcome letter with some goodies around the house. This home was easy and comfortable to stay in with young children. We hope to come back soon!

This lake house was exactly what I needed.The views of Lake Ontario are breathtaking, but what made this place special was how it allowed me to slow down and truly be present. Mornings with coffee by the water, peaceful evenings watching the sunset, and the kind of quiet that helps you breathe a little deeper.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location felt like the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and convenient access to Rochester.What I didn’t expect was how much of my heart I would leave here. This week gave me space to reflect, reset, and make memories with my son before another baseball season begins. For that, I’ll always be grateful.If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of Lake Ontario, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again.

The owners of the property are amazingly welcoming. The property was far beyond my expectations and we fell in love with it. We will be renting for years to come. Wonderful Property

Beautiful home on the shores of Lake Ontario! Tim stayed in touch before and during our visit to make sure all was well. It rained the entire time we were there, so we couldn't make use of the beach, outdoor grill and fire pit, but we still had a wonderful time visiting and cooking with family. We enjoyed making drinks during cocktail hour at the home's spacious bar and playing games. Thanks for making us feel welcome, Tim!
