Stunning Beachfront Cottage w/Fire Pit - 1 minute from Sea Breeze Amusement Park
Every day is paradise at The Beach House 4889! This beachfront home has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated with coastal flair that enhances your beachfront experience . Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of Lake Ontario from both floors, the balcony and multi-level deck. Experience spectacular sunrises every morning and enjoy listening to the waves as you wind down and observe breathtaking sunsets every evening! Come make memories at this unique, family-friendly, coastal oasis.
The Property:
Entering the home, you will have space to leave coats and shoes in the foyer. You will then enter the kitchen which opens to both the dining area and living room . The beachside of the home is a wall of windows that allows for breathtaking views of the beach and lake. In addition, there is a newly built powder room and newly built dry bar kitchenet on the main floor in the living room.
Upstairs, you will find an open floor plan with magnificent views of the beach and lake from the master bedroom (king bed). There is also a small balcony off the stairs that allows for a lake breeze and views of the eastside of the beach. The bedrooms are not walled off from each other (separated by a full bathroom) but somewhat private none the less. The master bedroom on the beach/lake side includes a sitting area and dedicated work space complete with beach/lake views. This area opens up to the den (with futon) which looks out to the front of the house. The den then opens to the secluded second bedroom (queen bed) which also looks out to the front of the house. The home includes a tv with streaming services, a large kitchen fully equipped for cooking, parking for 4 cars a Weber gas grill on the front patio and a propane fire pit on the beach deck.
If you are looking for a family friendly, beachfront getaway, this is the perfect place for you. The property is located directly across from 2 restaurants (Don's Original and Bill Grays) both of which serve ice cream. In addition, you will be less than a block from Sea Breeze Amusement Park and a newly built public boat launch. Marge's Lakeside Inn (4 houses down) has live music most nights until 10. There is a putt putt course about a mile up the road and a playground directly across the street. Lastly, there is a paved biking/walking trail that starts directly across the street as well. Regardless if you are from out of town looking to enjoy the beach on one of the Greatest Lakes in the world, or a fellow neighbor looking for a staycation, this is a one of a kind vacation rental you will never forget.
Guest Access:
You will have access to everything besides the basement. The driveway is large enough to park 4 vehicles. There is also a parking lot across the street should you choose to bring a boat, jet ski or other large water friendly toys.
Other Details To Note:
There are cameras onsite mounted at all exterior doors. These turn on and off with movement, and also periodically take still photos during the day. Any violation of house rules (no parties or gatherings other than house guests, no pets, no smoking etc.) seen on camera may result in additional fines or being asked to leave the home - please make sure to follow and respect all of our house rules.
We have wonderful neighbors but they do not expect to be bothered. They also enjoy the tranquility of the lake and beach so we expect that all guests are respectful of their privacy and their property. Guests should at no time be on the neighbors beach. We are in contact with our neighbors, and if that occurs, it may result in additional fines or you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
Living on the lake - please understand there are insects that will also be joining you outside while on vacation. Although we do have a professional company to spray regularly, we can't stop nature.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and/or neighbors.
Beach/Lake hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No glass containers are allowed in this area. An adult must supervise children under 18 at all times. Swim at your own risk.
No Smoking within the property or on the patio, balcony and/or decks. If you smoke on the beach, please discard cigarette butts appropriately.
No Pets Allowed on premises including service animals.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 (unless discussed and approved)
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Visitors Policy: Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors.
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
Respect our Neighbors: Please refrain from using the neighbors' beach
Ensure all trash is removed and placed in outdoor garbage can prior to checking out
Ensure all dishes are washed and put away prior to checking out
