Host had great communication and responds quickly. Place was easy to locate. House was very hot on check in Went to dinner and it had cooled off enough to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful, centrally located, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and accomodating. We would stay here again. Our only recommendation is to turn the air conditioning on the day of arrival as it took all evening to cool down the house.

This place was everything we needed: centrally located, close freeway access, friendly neighborhood, quiet nights, comfy beds, good nearby restaurants, and lots of dog friendly businesses within minutes of us. The host was welcoming and attentive, we wanted for nothing. It's an easy "yes" to scheduling another trip.

Very clean and spacious for 6 people. It was easy to get around because it's close to the freeway and an easy shot to the Convention Center. We had some issues with the oven and showerhead in one of the bathrooms, but the host was very responsive and addressed them ASAP.

Location to poplular tourist spots was ideal. The area was in a quiet nighborhood. Property was as pictured online and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Communication with Tumo was quick and detailed. I would definetly stay here again.

Pros: Great location, close to many San Diego attractions. Amenities were convenient and host was responsive and did their best to make our stay comfortable.Cons: No central AC, only three mini splits leaving two bedrooms with fans circulating hot air during a particularly warm week. The home also had a strong cleaning product smell mixed with an older house odor that was overwhelming upon arrival. We experienced a minor power outage in certain areas/outlets of the home. There was also an undisclosed tenant living in an attached portion of the home, which we only learned about at check in.Overall, it is a great location and attentive host, had a lot of potential we just happened to come during a hot week which made the few inconveniences affect our comfort. More transparency in the listing would have been appreciated!

My first great impression was the communication with the host, it was outstanding. Checkin was so easy, the property is in a good location, the house was clean, and very spacious for a family of five. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice property

Property was spacious enough for my family of 5 and very clean. We had no problems with the check-in process or communication with the owner. We were very satisfied with this rental. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great find

The property is in a great location, it is near downtown and has easy access to freeways. The house is easy to find. It is near to some grocery stores, including Costco. There is driveway parking and also has street parking if needed. The layout of the house was great. We used the large kitchen counter and dining table. Beds were comfortable and room/bed arrangements worked for us. House was clean and appliances are in good condition. All windows are with easy to open windows and screens when not using the air conditioning. Washer and dryer worked well, as we had to wash uniforms almost daily for our baseball tournament. Refrigerator had an ice maker. Grateful for the backyard area to sit and enjoy the San Diego weather and played a couple of rounds of corn hole.Host was very prompt to reply to any questions. Pictures of the property listing are accurate.

La casa estaba muy bonita y bien ubicada cercano a todos los lugares que queríamos visitar. El anfitrión fue muy amable y rápido en contestar todas nuestras dudas! Definitivamente lo recomiendo!
