The living area features a brand-new wrap-around sofa, two cozy chairs, and a large flat-screen TV, all positioned in front of expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the beautiful scenery. Step out onto the balcony from the living room, where you can relax in comfortable balcony chairs and soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf.

The spacious kitchen offers a large table, perfect for enjoying meals together or playing a game of cards with family and friends. The location was central to everything. The view from the condo was amazing. Security is top tier as you needed a code to get in everywhere (make sure you save it in your phone!) Everything was so clean and as advertised.
Loved looking down the strip at the beach and bay!

Beautiful condo! Corner unit. Very quiet. Condo had all the amenities we needed except a bottle opener but that is minor. Check in process was great. The process to get a parking pass/register the vehicle is a little cumbersome, may be difficult for older guests to manage (scanning QR codes, filling out info online). The balcony could use a little more seating. Never had a problem getting an elevator or carts to unload and load vehicles upon check in and checkout. Condo unit never felt overcrowded even on a holiday weekend. Loved that beach service was included. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Weekend getaway

Beautiful condo and resort, perfect location for beach. Access to beach is very close, only complaint was they were doing work on building but they did let us know ahead of time. I would stay here again. Beautiful view of ocean

A Most Amazing View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has everything you could want and a view you can’t imagine. The layout is great for couples or a family with children, and the location is ideal. I highly recommend a stay here and will probably rebook here sometime in the future.

Nice but unexpected issues

Property is nice, clean and in a prime location. There ended up being ongoing improvements to the outside of the building and the condo we rented. We were told there would be some cables and ropes but nothing about the work to our balcony. On the second day the balcony was closed for the remainder of our time and the outdoor furniture was stacked in the living room. The management was unable to move us and did discount our stay at the end of our trip.

Spacious and Clean

This 15th floor condo is spacious and clean. It appears to be recently renovated, although we were disappointed that the oceanfront patio is "under construction". The tiles pictured in the listing were gone and the raw concrete and construction materials were exposed. The sectional on the patio is too small for the space; it would be nice to have a table and chairs there instead. Also, the middle bedroom window faces the breezeway lights making it super bright at night. A blackout shade in that room would be helpful. Otherwise, the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the view is incredible. The platinum beach service was appreciated! Thank you!

Most everything was great. The place was very clean, well stocked with dishes and utensils. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were nice with great water pressure. The view was amazing. The pool was very nice. We had a lot of seaweed during our stay so it was nice to have the pool.The biggest downside for me was the furniture. Especially the balcony furniture. It was very low quality and very small. It was impossible to get comfortable on it. This was hugely disappointing to me as I was really looking forward to having a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the water at the end of a long day. The balcony was effectively useless. The furniture inside did not scream comfort either. The chairs around the dinner table were formal so we were always afraid to get anything on them. The living room furniture was lacking too. It was more comfortable but didn’t seem like it was very high quality. Also, there was only one side table in the living room and with a group of 5, no one had anywhere to put their drinks or plates.Lastly, the elevators had problems our entire stay. One was out on any given day and huge lines to get on one. So, while we had a great time and 80% of the accommodations were very nice, the stuff that was lacking had its impact. All in all, I don’t feel like we got the value we had hoped for. Most of this is easily fixed, and if so, it will be a wonderful place.That’s just me though…

This property was beautiful. Great location! We wouldn't change a thing. Emerald Isle is very family friendly. Both the pool and beach were never overly crowded. We will be back.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed 7 days at Emerald Isle 1501. The location was great! It was within walking distance to pier and many restaurants, shops, and activities. It was very clean and looked exactly as described. The condo is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The views of both the ocean and the bay are phenomenal from multiple floor to ceiling windows!! There were plenty of towels in each bathroom as well as ample kitchen appliances and utensils. During our stay, they offered 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which was awesome! We did meet the owner of the condo who was friendly and shared information on great restaurants and suggested a dolphin tour with Chase-N-Fins which we decided to do and enjoyed! Check in with Paradise Beach Homes was quick and easy. It was directly across from the condo. The staff was pleasant and gave us all the information we needed for a wonderful stay!
