We all loved our stay! Comfy bed, and plenty of space. My only issue was the wifi in the bedroom was very slow and the TV would barely play, other than that it was great! Beautiful view and location.

Other than jacuzzi tub.

Everything was really nice. The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the jacuzzi tub. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly. We only attempted to use it once and there was stuff that came out of the jets. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was convenient to restaurants and attractions. It was clean. This did not effect our stay but it was dated, bed was not comfortable and it was overly decorated and cluttered with decorations. The table in the narrow hallway was especially annoying.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bad things on suit - did not have cableHad to use my Netflix account to watch TV - Internet was not consistent - be on computer and would kick me offAnd then wait an hour before it come back onHigh tub - difficult to get in and out especially with senior s - did not have a walk in shower I like the 5th floor view and it was clean - only 2 pillows
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 11 nov. 2024
We are sorry you had a bad experience with the internet. There is Spectrum cable in this unit, you do have to switch the input through the remote to go back and forth from cable to streaming. I am unsure if there was an outage that caused it to go down for an hour, but we will check into that for you and we will add more pillows. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you stay with us again in the future.

I give a 4 out of 5

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean. We stayed there last year and it was decorated for Christmas. It wasn't this year. It's a great location and management called often due to our weather conditions. It snowed. We did find the hot water heater took awhile to heat up water. Also the exterior door is very hard to open/close the deadbolt. It's great but a little to small for us. No room for your luggage etc.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 16 nov. 2025
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the clean space, great location, and the communication from our team during the snowy weather. We always want our guests to feel safe and supported, especially in winter conditions. Thank you as well for mentioning the hot water and exterior door. We’ve passed these details along to our maintenance team so they can be addressed promptly. Guest comfort is very important to us, and feedback like yours helps us continue to improve. We’re sorry the size of the condo didn’t meet your needs this time. We have a variety of units available, and we’d be happy to help you find one that offers more space and storage on a future stay.

Beautiful place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As I walked into condo I first spotted the decorated Christmas tree and decor. I was super excited! Condo was very clean.. The bed is very comfortable. Perfect condo for a couple. You are in the center of lots of attractions. The property was very clean and maintained. The only negative thing i can say is if you plan on staying a week or longer bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and washing powder. They give you a complimentary roll of each but its not enough. Also have to use the shower to fill up the tub. There is no water faucet in tub/shower.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 19 nov. 2024
Thank you so much for your review! We're delighted to hear how much you enjoyed the Christmas decorations and found the condo to be clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated near attractions. Your thoughtful feedback about supplies and the tub setup is greatly appreciated, as it helps us enhance our guests' experiences. The tub is supposed to fill from the jets located on the sides of tub, we will check that out. We’ll be sure to share these insights with our team. We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable stay!
