Beautiful, very clean and comfortable home! Our family really enjoyed our stay for our New Mexico vacation. We especially loved the luxurious master bed/bath, the beautiful courtyard and view from the balcony, and all the hummingbirds. Host was organized and easy to communicate with, we'd highly recommend this home!

As advertised and convenient to early morning balloon launch site. My friends and I enjoyed the second floor porch and morning coffees…would stay again if in town. Karen was great host.

This home was in immaculate condition, and in a great area. The decor was very welcoming. Lots of artwork everywhere. Very welcoming and spacious. The host always was available immediately when we emailed her. The balcony was a great place to have morning coffee and watch the balloons in the morning soar over the house. I even had permission to wake up the grandkids, so they could see them! We only used the hot tub once, as it was so hot outside while we were visiting.(102-105).I would recommend this home, and hope to go back again someday! Thank you Karen!

Coming back to this home each evening was like coming home to your own property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet with an awesome view. Our host was great and answered all our questions in a timely manner. If you are visiting Albuquerque, this is a home that you will thoroughly enjoy.

This hostess considered everything guests need to stay comfortably from the soft and warm duvet, thick towels, nice hot hot tub, kitchen equipped with everything one needs to eat in, places to gather and places to enjoy some solitude. We enjoyed the upper deck to watch the balloons on the weekend, or enjoy the birds and the vista of the Sandia mountains. Reinvigorate your senses by sitting in the enclosed garden with flowers that attract butterflies, hummingbirds, so many flowers. It's quiet with easy access to local attractions. Even the dining room table faces the mountain vista....Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very comfortable stay! Excellent cleanliness, and the host was super quick to respond to our questions. So many nice touches in the house, and the location was great. The neighborhood was super quiet, and the views from the balcony of the Sandia and city lights were perfect - highly recommend!

Every morning and evening you can view the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, along with the hot air balloons. This home is full of plants and subtle touches that mean so much. Our Christmas gathering was complete.

Return customer to this property. Kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Nice city lights view from dinning room. Very close to petroglyphs and walking along the bosque.

Comfortable home in convenient central location

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt the home was in a good location (10–15 minute drive to anywhere in Abq), had a great outdoor space, and was well stocked (i.e. quality soaps, tissue, nice bath towels, extra bedding, basic spices, etc.). Also, the checkout instructions were simple, and the owner even left us a nice welcome gift! We would definitely stay again if it's available the next time we visit.

Nicely decorated

This house is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. We particularly liked having the kitchen and dining upstairs, from the dining room we could see balloons in the morning and city lights in the evening.

We had a fabulous time. The property is in a freat location. Saw hot air balloons from the balcony. The host was more than hospitable. The home was clean, space and cozy. Definitely a 5 star. I am forever grateful for the opportunity.

Beautiful house, great and safe location. Shirt drive to everything. Comfortable furnishings. Great communication with hostess. Would love to return during the balloon fiesta. Had a great flight, though, with World Balloon. Ask for Murray.
