Experience Louisville like a local in this beautifully newly renovated 2-bedroom full home, designed for comfort and convenience.

Centrally located, you’ll be just minutes from top destinations including Louisville International Airport, Churchill Downs (home of the Kentucky Derby & Oaks), the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville Slugger Field, KFC Yum! Center, the University of Louisville, and downtown hospitals, restaurants, and entertainment.

The home features a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking, and modern appliances including a convection oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with water filter and ice dispenser, microwave, and all essential cookware (pots, pans, and storage containers). A full washer and dryer, along with ample free street parking, add to your convenience.

For your comfort and peace of mind, there is one exterior security camera located at the front door facing the entryway. It records video and audio for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Great little house! Only complaint is the noisy roads around it. Great location to the expo center.

I had a great stay, great location close to many must see local attractions. The host Dean was great, keeps a very clean home with multiple amenities. Highly recommend to others!

We stayed for a conference at the Yum! Center. It was a great experience with no issues at all. Our host was communicative and accommodating.

The property was very clean and neat! It was close to the expo center, but the neighborhood seemed a little rough. We didnt have any problems though! Overall the place was perfect. Just wish there had actually been a queen bed which was advertised!

Worked for Us Great

This house was perfect for what we wanted which was just a place to crash. Most of the rooms were a touch on the small side and so was the second bed. There is also no real table to hang around and play games at or anything but overall it was a nice place to sleep after a long day. Just be careful, the street is very busy.

House was nice. Road was at little loud at times, but we knew that going from other reviews. There are a couple places to eat within walking distance as well.
