Welcome to Your Stylish Louisville Retreat!
Experience comfort and modern style in the heart of downtown Louisville. This renovated home is just 10 minutes from top attractions like Churchill Downs, the University of Louisville, the Expo Center, downtown, and the airport. You’ll also be close to Logan Street Market, popular restaurants, and lively bars.

Inside, enjoy a bright, inviting living area with comfortable seating, modern décor, and all the essentials for a memorable stay.

Our home is located just a short drive from downtown Louisville, making it a convenient spot for exploring local restaurants, parks, museums, and major event venues. You’ll be close to everything the city has to offer without being in the middle of the bustle. There is ample free street parking directly in front of the house, room for multiple vehicles, if necessary.

As with many urban areas, you may notice some signs of city life, including individuals experiencing homelessness. While the neighborhood is generally quiet and residential, we want to be transparent so guests feel comfortable and informed. Many guests have had a great experience here, and we’re always available to help with any questions or concerns during your stay.

If you’re looking for a well-located home base with easy access to all things Louisville, this is a great fit.

Really nicely renovated house. Every light switch and drawer is labeled (very handy in a house with lots of switches and drawers.) Next time we are going to Louisville my wife and I will definitely check the availability of this place. It's a do-again for us.

Clean and cute house. Modern amenities and as advertised. Smooth check in and out with easy parking. Close to several bars and restaurants. Easy to get around Louisville from here. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

Very thoughtful hosts(lot of misc items like Qtips and flossers of you forgot), reached out to make sure we got in and were quick with responses to our questions. Walkable to Germantown and Atrium Brewery. Enjoyed our stay

Awesome property. It is close to everything and very easy to access. The neighborhood is clean. Host was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Louisville.

This is a fantastic property! We felt very well taken care of, as the hosts were extremely communicative, and had left plenty of little touches to help make us feel right at home. Great location, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of comforts regardless of if you're planning to stay in or to be out exploring all day. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very nice. They checked on me when I arrived. Easy to enter the property. Entire place was very clean. Everything worked in the house. To be honest it was home away from home. Everything you need to clean dishes, to do laundry, dish washer, vacuum, AC was great, extra tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, face wash etc.

This place was great!! It provided everything we needed and more! Cole was great to work with, and it was a very smooth experience! We found it to be centrally located and the furthest I think we ever drove to see something was about 5 miles! Louisville has so much to see and do!The listing was very transparent and accurate! If needed, I would definitely book again.

This house is adorable and perfect in every way. The host Cole is super communicative and the house is VERY WELL stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is fully renovated with comfortable furniture and beds ;large screen TV and fully stocked kitchen with sofas, snacks and water upon arrival. We will stay here again when traveling to Louisville

We were very pleased with the house! Cole was an excellent host! Very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! We also appreciated all the little extras like possible things we may have forgotten and the coffee and soda.

Centrally located close to all destinations, very clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. Loved that in the bathrooms there was a drawer of possible things you forgot to pack. The recommended restaurants were very helpful and the one we went to had excellent food and service. It was great to have a washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets. Would highly recommend!

We have stayed at a lot of rental properties. This is by far one of the most well-stocked, wonderful places to stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The hosts literally thought of everything you could possibly need.The neighborhood was safe and we felt very comfortable there day and night. Would absolutely stay again!

House was beautiful, just as pictured with lots of extras which were a nice surprise. Perfect location to go back and forth the the Louisville Expo Center (about an 8 minute drive). We chose not to walk to anything, but everything was a short drive. Would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to downtown, shops, restaurants, Expo Center, Churchill Downs, etc. Beautiful accommodations!!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! The keypad entry made check-in seamless. The house was spotless. Cozy living room with comfortable bedrooms. Close to restaurants and shopping, yet tucked away from the super busy streets. The only critique would be the floor is weak in a couple of places. Would definitely book again!

Close to the fun of Whiskey Row, Nulu and Highland areas for visiting a weekend. House is clean and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything for needs. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will recommend to friends and family.

We chose this home because it was in an ideal location for us. It is very clean and comfortable. The gracious owners provided many special touches for our stay. I won’t give details. You’ll have to book a stay to see for yourself. :) We stayed for 3 weeks & had no electrical issues or anything else.

The house was nice and looked to be newly redone. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood itself is somewhat rundown. It’s not walkable to any stores. Just a few suggestions that may help make this place perfect :Add a lamp to the living room. Add a safety bar and nonslip things in the shower. It’s extremely slick. The washer couldn’t make it through a wash cycle without throwing the power off and having to reset it on the outlet. Older house maybe the reason for this.

The host was great with communication and responsive. The property was clean, spacious, and very nicely updated. The home was very well stocked. The cabinets and light switches were labeled which we found highly helpful and appreciated! The home was decorated very beautifully and thoughtfully! The bedding was clean and cozy, the bedrooms had nice ceiling fans, ample outlets for charging devices. Great laundry situation. The windows all had blinds and coverings which we appreciated to feel secure with our kids. A small heads up to families with small children: while very pretty decor, it was not child friendly, though I do not fault the host in any way for that; just was a little stressful to manage littles around. Older children would be totally fine here though and there were family friendly touches like a few games to play which I appreciate. I would not stay here again with my small children in tow due to above and a couple flooring things (a couple soft spots in the floors and a small raised transition piece to the dining room that my littlest tripped over a few times walking around). As well as the street it’s located on was very busy our entire stay which isn’t ideal for our family. However, I would absolutely stay here again with my husband or friends for sure! Parking was easy and accessible right in front of the home thankfully. It is street parking and on a busy through street, just to note. Overall, it was a great spot for us to explore Louisville on our trip!

Cole our host was great he was responsive durning our stay and even called to ensure that our stay was comfortable the property was very clean and stock with everything we needed. Five Stars! would definitely stay again
