With a private boat dock and ramp, I have easy access to the water, allowing me to enjoy leisurely days out on my boat or cast a line whenever I please. The location is also a huge bonus, as it’s just a short distance to beach access, letting me soak up the sun and enjoy beachfront activities. Plus, being close to fantastic dining options means I can indulge in delicious meals after a day of fun on the water. It's truly the ideal spot for my lifestyle!
