The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra blankets. We were disappointed that there was NO BEACH VIEW!! The view was of the street and the top of a lower level roof.

This rental has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location was close to everything. I would stay here again.

Perfect family vacation

Perfect location, perfect views, perfect attractions & not to mention that we slept 16 (8 adults & 8 children) in the condo!

Family vacation

Our stay here was top tier. Everyone loved the condo and all the things it had to offer! Very spacious, clean and you couldn’t beat the beach access!

Great condo?

We stay at this resort every year & it never disappoints. Pool area is great, atmosphere is great, very family oriented & very clean. Highly recommend!

The host was kind of rude when answering questions and basic amenities like soap, detergent and trash bags were barely provided, we had to buy our own and stocked the unit for future guests. Very cheap way to treat week long guests at a very expensive condo. The unit itself was very nice and we enjoyed it.

We do want to clarify that many of the questions asked during your stay are covered in the personalized digital guestbook, which is emailed prior to arrival and again closer to your stay. It includes a detailed list of what’s provided in the unit so guests can plan accordingly. We also reviewed the communication you referenced, and while it was thorough and intended to be helpful, it was not meant to come across as anything but informative. As noted in the guestbook, we provide a starter set of essentials (such as soap, trash bags, and paper products) to get guests through the first part of their stay. For longer visits, guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional items based on their needs and preferences. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope the property and overall setting met your expectations. We’d be happy to host you again in the future.

Great place

The staff at the Phoenix West II were very friendly. The condo was very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. And the balcony was nice with a good view. Lazy River and pools were very popular with my grandkids. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo and family friendly

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The kids and adults loved the lazy river and slide. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because it’s not a beach front view. You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony, but the main view is the road. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely visit the resort again.

Good location

Great location, the complex is gorgeous and secure! This particular unit needs a new dryer, dishwasher, laundry room toilet and the electric outlets looked in to! Once the minor repairs are updated and fixed I will rate this condo 5/5.

Very clean

The condo was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Location was great, except no beach view from this unit. It was chilly for us so not a big deal. Communication with the rental team was great and very prompt. I would stay here again!!
