We were extremely pleased with our host. Responded in a very quick manner and checked on us to make sure we were having a great time. The condo had a very nice view, the area was quiet, and the place was clean. A very relaxing, enjoyable, stay.

Great Spot

Stay was great! Communication was excellent and the area was very quiet for being near the main area. Would definitely recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo was perfect for us. We enjoy coming to Cotton Bayou. We love bringing our boat here. It’s so convenient! The condo was clean. The mattresses were comfortable.

Excellent!

Our first stay here was for a week and everything was great. We booked specifically for the kids space and it was perfect. The beach access is a 2 minute drive, the condo grounds were well kept, pool was nice also. Excellent host's, beautiful balcony view.

We loved this place! Our first time staying but definitely wont be the last. The condo had everything we needed and more but we especially appreciated the cordless vacuum mounted in the laundry area. It made keeping the floors clean so easy during our stay. The location of the condo was perfect. We could walk to the beach and dining but being on the bay felt like a slower pace than being beach side. Best of both worlds. Thank you for a great place to escape for the weekend.

The location was great, just far enough off the main road to be peacful and quietbut close enough to easily get to stores, resturaunts and beach. Sitting on the deck watching the birds was a nice start to each day. The condo was nice and had pretty much everything we needed however the listing stated shampoo and conditioner provided but were not so we made a special trip to the store for that. The beds were comfortable and the host was always very quick to respond to messages. We had a few small issues we reached out to the host about and he was very quick to respond and offer a solution.

Great view inside and out

We had a great stay! The location is both centrally located near many attractions and tranquil with a view of the docks. The blue heron, we named Ike, visited us daily and eagerly accepted any fish we wished to donate. Sometimes a pelican stopped by. The condo itself has a comfortable elegance. The beds are very comfortable and the kids loved the loft! Amenities were everything we needed. We would definitely visit again!

I really enjoyed your condo. It wasn't the cleanest however. The floor hadn't been swept so don't think mopped and the bathroom could use a good strubbing. The hot water didn't work in the master bath.

Very Nice!!

Beautifully decorated & functional unit! Good communication with host. Had to make a few extra trips up/down stairs when checking in and out as there is no elevator but it was fine. Especially enjoyed the covered parking and balcony overlooking Cotton Bayou. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again! :)

Great Condo

Beautifully decorated, great linens and towels, master king bed very comfortable. Owners got back to us immediately with any questions we had. You need to be able to manage the steps to the third floor, but it’s the best view. Starter packs of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, TP, and shampoos was very much appreciated. Pictures were true for the condo. We will return.

Fun getaway but lots of stairs

Condo is in great location and overlooks Cotton Bayou from the balcony. Pier is fun to fish from. The two beds in each of the downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable but if adults are sleeping in the loft, those beds are not very comfortable. The condo is up 4 flights of stairs so if you have anyone old with you it is difficult for them to go up and down. My mom who is 72 was with us and she couldn't enjoy the pier and pool as much as us because it took a lot out of her going up and down. Nothing against the owner, just letting other renters know so they can plan accordingly. The owner was very responsive when we asked about parking. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking stuff. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice view, kept the boat in the water the whole week. Interior was clean and the setup suited our needs perfectly. Game box needs a refresh, there wasn’t really much there. Needs some additional lighting, like a couple of lamps. Overall we enjoyed our week. It was relaxing, quiet and we enjoyed the pool, bay and beach.
