We very much enjoyed our stay, first time. We spent 10 nights and felt very much at home. We’ve been coming to Idyllwild for many years but had to find a new location to stay. This was a great option and one we will use again. My wife and I work during our stay so it’s important we have good WiFi. There were no issues, all worked well. The cabin has many amenities so we didn’t lack for anything. It’s also close to town and to hiking trails so very convenient location. Margaret was very helpful and responsive although we didn’t have any issues to contact her about during our stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Exactly as described. The fully fenced yard was great for our pup. It was quiet, nice, cozy, and a great getaway for us. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The entire experience was more than we could have asked for. Every amenity you can think of is provided and the host has recommendations to visit along with a folder with restaurant menus and suggestions. The front patio with the bird feeders was my favorite, it’s so relaxing and serene. Will be back to visit again

We stayed at this magical cabin in Idyllwild to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Our whole family—including our kids and our dog—loved every minute of it. It was exactly what we needed to relax, slow down, and reconnect while being surrounded by beautiful nature. There’s something so special about being cozy in the cabin while feeling completely immersed in the peacefulness of the outdoors.The cabin itself is beautiful, cozy, and so thoughtfully decorated. Everything was incredibly clean, and we loved all the little details throughout the space. We especially loved the Tolkien dish towel, the gorgeous tree-branch light in the living room, and the beautiful artwork on the outside of the cabin. For my husband’s birthday, we decorated the inside with a FROM-themed setup and it fit perfectly with the cabin’s cozy atmosphere and made the celebration feel extra special.The massage recliner chairs in the living room were another favorite for our family. My son, who has autism, really loves the vibration and massage features because the sensory input helps him with proprioception and regulation. It made the cabin feel even more comfortable and accommodating for him.This was our second time staying at the cabin and we absolutely loved it just as much as the first time. Between the beautiful surroundings, cozy atmosphere, thoughtful decor, and all the little touches that make this place feel special, we will definitely be back!

This was a truly amazing cabin to stay in. From the moment we arrived everything was comfortable and inviting. Every detail of the cabin is clearly designed to make you feel warm and cozy. From countless soft blankets, to fluffy pillows, memory foam mattresses and soft lighting. This cabin was made to allow you to unwind and relax in the crisp mountain air. The tea and coffee bar was an amazing treat. My wife and I had so much fun trying different local teas and waking up to hot espresso. At dinner my family and I sat in the backyard and enjoyed our meal amongst the tall pines and chittering squirrels. The front deck is a gorgeous place to sit and read and watch the birds eating from the feeders while the breeze gently serenades you with hanging wind chimes. My family and I can’t wait to return here again. This cabin is the perfect balance of cozy comfort and upscale amenities that make you both feel relaxed and pampered at the same time. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful property with us!

Although the cabin was wonderful, very cozy comfortable, very accommodating. But, we could not shower the entire time we were there. The water in the bathroom never got hot in the shower only in the sink. We let it run for nearly 20 minutes and still no hot water. When spending over 900 for a three day stay you would expect to be able to take a shower. If it’s snowing. Be vary careful. The driveway is extremely tricky. We were glad there wasn’t snow.

It’s clear the host really cares about the comfort of their guests. Apart from the good location and big fenced yard, there were lots of little niceties, like a coffee and tea station, stocked with loose tea from the local shop, hand and dish soap from another local shop, and a candle made by the owner to take as a gift. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and spices/condiments. The beds have heated blankets, and I enjoyed watching birds at the feeders right outside the bedroom window in the morning. Everything is clean and the furniture is nice and comfortable. The kitchen table expanded and there was a bench and two chairs to comfortable seat 4.I would definitely recommend this place, and I would stay there again.

What a wonderful little home away from home! We chose this house for the completely fenced-in yard. We were so pleasantly surprised by the little unexpected amenities like gourmet loose-leaf tea, welcome champagne and a homemade candle to take home. There are beautiful hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen and bathroom; bedrooms both have comfortable carpeting. We stayed for 5 weeks... we have never stayed anywhere for that long and we would definitely stay here again. Margaret is an amazing communicator and we felt very comfortable.Perhaps our favorite little surprise was the adorbs dog next door, Bella, who daily tried to race our greyhound along the fence. :D10/10 recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
