You couldn't find a better location if it's a beach vacation you want. Right across the street!Small deck, but an ocean view.Lovely modern interior and so clean!Owners very welcoming.

Stayed 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were fabulous and everything was just as advertised! Very clean, nice amenities. Thank you for a wonderful VRBO experience!

WHAT A perfect beach getaway!! The location is ideal: right across the street from the beach and close to quaint downtown Portsmouth. The property is clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was easy and clear, and the owners, who live onsite, are wonderfully welcoming. I highly recommend this VRBO gem!

Billy's Beach Bungalow is a wonderful place to stay across the street from Wallis Sands Beach in Rye. The cottage was behind the main house and offered some privacy and lovely sitting places outside. Steve and Jen were very responsive to my questions and it was an easy check-in and out experience. The cottage had great amenities and had a great kitchen, tv, washer/dryer and comfortable bed. Was glad the couch in the living room could be converted to a bed. It was hard to leave! A true gem.

Rye, New Hampshire has much to offer, and Billy's Beachside Bungalow is a central part of it. We greatly enjoyed the chance to stay there. The hosts, Jim and his wife, were a delight. The property definitely showcases all of the hard work they put into restoring it as a part of the historic community. The view of the beach was spectacular. You will enjoy your stay here.

Everything was as exactly as described. The bungalow was so clean and fresh. What a great location and view. We are looking forward to going back again next year. We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The property was spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed which made cooking easy and convenient. The location was perfect for relaxing and walking at the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish - responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

There was a few from the kitchen window. There would have been a nice view from the deck, however because of the rain we did not to enjoy the view.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful location. Bungalow very cute. Comfy bed. Huge kitchen….not that we cooked! Everything was there if you are inclined to cook. TV was a bit of a challenge but that wasn’t a big deal. Very good communication with host.

Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Tranquillité, incroyable vue, à quelques pas de la plage! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et le lit était confortable. Merci bcp pour tout!
