Minnie sands is the perfect location for the beach. It was easy to run back and grab snacks or use the bathroom! A quick walk for coffee in the morning and short walk to short sands! Kristen was very attentive!!!

Cute place extremely small. Parking is hard to get in and out of. Don’t like how close to the road it was. Host extremely helpful and responsive. Helped me when I left my phone. Very appreciative

My wife and I booked Mimi Sands for a last minute anniversary weekend. The property location was excellent for walking around long sands, steps from the beach easy to get to excellent restaurants like Mimmo’s and Fox’s Lobster House (Best Clam chowder in the country!). The property was clean, parking easily identifiable with enough room for our SUV. Kristen is an excellent responsive and welcoming host. Great location for a couple looking to enjoy York Beach!

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at minisands! Great for a couple. Everything was clean and communication with the host was outstanding. Having the ocean across the street and being able to walk to restaurants was a plus. We will definitely return!

Very cute cottage right on long sands. Good water pressure in the shower, which is a must! We needed both heat and AC during our short stay and that worked perfectly. Couldn't ask for more!

Our stay at mini sands was amazing! The communication with the hosts was perfect! The sunrises were picture perfect!! Overall a wonderful place to stay in York!

This cottage has a fabulous location! The cottage is super cute, clean and a perfect spot for our family of 3. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the host was very accommodating. We will definitely be booking again!

Loved the cottage - perfect for two people. The location was great - just across from the beach. Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Walking distance to restaurants, general store, and Nubble lighthouse.

Great location

Very nice location. Easy access to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the general store for coffee and breakfast. Close to Maine attractions as well as New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

This little gem was EXACTLY what my friend and I needed for a night away. It was in an unbelievable spot, incredibly clean, and so cozy. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to them with a breathtaking view as we ate our breakfast. There were personal touches all over the place. From the fan in the bedroom to the speaker system, this adorable get away did not disappoint!

Beautiful Location

The location is beautiful and just steps away from the beach. Kristen was a perfect host and made you feel like family. Would recommend this to a couple who wants to get away.

Perfect for young family

Just stayed here with my husband and two kids (3 and 1) and it was the perfect size and location! The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!
